Check another user's messages using Admin Password or Master Password
It will be great if we have an option to check another user's messages in the admin portal using the Admin password or master password, instead of getting the password of that specific user.

I was told that this feature exists for security purposes. Most of our accounts use a password that we set as admins because our users do not login to their accounts. There's no need for this added "security", it's just a nuisance.
What's funny is I was told by a level 3 engineer that for multiple users to access a fax account, they would need to use a shared login. This is basically the same thing, yet no security layer here.
