  1. If I'm looking to use my phone or anything else related to it like voice mail, voice mail transcriptions, contacts,.... I don't want yet another button called "Inbox" to click on. Have everything related to the Phone, under the Phone Icon button would be my suggestion. The app is way too busy in my opinion. I'd also like to be able to get RID of icons and features like HUD etc that I don't use.

  4. i would like to drag and drop a contacts database from excel into RingCentral. People in inspections, sales, or purchasing as well as other areas where they make numerous contacts would benefit from being able to import contacts in bulk.

Being able to snap elements of the RingCentral app interface in and out to run it in a more focused/minimal way would be helpful as it does take up a fair bit more screen real estate compared to Slack, which we had previously used for messaging. I know we can zoom the interface view to use a smaller font but the current, monolithic interface still doesn’t lend itself to running in a more lightweight mode

  6. I'd like to carrier the provider's name of the inbound and outgoing calls. I would like Carrier information or the ability to do it. I'm a fraud hunter and use RingCentral to put an end to it. I also would like to put flags on calls for future review without having some expensive CRM. The ringcentral app is the best and I want to make it even better plus safer for people.   8. Is it possible to customize the softphone to process the audio stream differently? In case of language neutralization, we don’t want to send the support person’s audio stream directly over call. We instead want the translated stream to be passed over the call. It would require customization in the softphone. Will we have the option for such customizations in the softphone audio stream handling flow? Is the audio stream a dual channel?

  9. Be able to run performance reports for calls, queues, meetings, etc, that contains the data real and be sent via email. What is being experienced is that reports received via email is 24 hours delay (data of yesterday).

Currently, if an additional number is required to be added to a user's account, it's not clear whether this comes with an additional fee ($4.99CAD monthly / $59.88CAD per year) and therefore clients do not know/expect the additional price. There isn't a page within the workflow that shows the price for a secondary DL and asks for acceptance, as there is when adding a new license or new phone. Could this be added to make it extra clear there's a charge associated with adding an additional DL?

  14. Please change the html element #greetingText on the Prompt tab of the IVR Menu on the Admin Portal. It's way too small to write anything out and see the results. I recommend a min-height property of 500px, as well as keeping the height: auto for the element ".bootstrap-rc textarea.form-control, .bootstrap-rc-styles textarea.form-control"

  16. Hello, we noticed that our employees are able to manually change their calling out line (via the app and desktop). Can you disable this function so that employees can ONLY use the numbers that they were assigned? Although we tell them not to switch things on their ends, it still happens, and customers end up calling the wrong numbers since the Caller ID shows our private number on their end.

  19. We think it would be beneficial to streamline the way CQ members can listen to voicemail that comes in to the queue. I opened a chat and they said the only way is for the user to have admin privilege's but that would give them more access than we would like. They also suggested putting their e-mail in there so they receive it to e-mail, but then there would be no verification that it has been listened to/read already.
