  1. I would appreciate if I were able to edit how many time the IVR menu prompt plays on the line. Right now its 3 times, no one listens to a prompt 3 times.

  2. I am having an issue with my Jabra Pro 925. It can work with the ring central app but not on a yealink phone. I know that this is not part of the certified list however we know that there a lot of people aside from us who have this headset. Please add this ASAP.

  3. We are a school district, we have dial in intercom system at each school. Currenly anyone can access them from any all areas. We need this to be changed so that only our internal extensions can access the intercoms and we don't want the Mitel phones to recieve calls from outside the account. This was working with Mitel before we migrate to RingCentral

  4. We have found that the User presence still shows available if somebody is in the process of making a call, but the call has not connected yet. This can be confusing for our Receptionists who are trying to place a call to somebody they believe to be available, who are in the process of trying to call a customer. It is very specific timing, but would be nice if the application was able to pick up on the fact that a call was trying to be placed, because the dial pad is open and the call is ringing, and to…

It would be nice if the application could sense that the mic was in use, to be able to automatically update the Presence to "On a call", or something similar, when on a web meeting outside of Ring. If we are on a meeting with a client, using other products besides Ring (maybe they sent a GoToMeeting, Zoom, etc. link), our user presence still shows Available. It would be nice if the system was able to detect that there was a meeting in progress in another window.

When sending a fax the email notification shows the Company Number plus User extension number, customers would like it to show just the User Direct Dial number as that's where the fax is being sent from.It's very confusing for most users as they believe that they have sent the fax, from the main number and not their direct line prompting them to think the return fax will go to the wrong place.

  7. How the zap works is when an email comes into a shared mailbox it will cause RingCentral to generate a call from 4101 to 8188. What we would like to happen is when 4101 calls and the person on call answering the 8188 number will hear a custom greeting or VM recording that says something to do with checking the shared mailbox.Maybe a rule on the 8188 Call queue? Wasn't sure if this was possible or multiple ways to do that.

  10. The Call Forwarding Feature from one extension to another extension is not yet available for RC Mobile App. That is why the user needs to download the RC Soft Phone on the desktop or use desk phone.Please add this feature.

  12. Currently users will have to upload the mp3 file for the greeting message.The other greeting messages for the company have been created using text-to-speech already. However, there's no text-to-speech option or feature for the call recording greeting.

  17. I think it would be easier to be able to download more items do bulk edits and the re-upload it. I know you can do it with users but there are some features that isn't on the form to bulk edit. Fore example. Would be nice if you can add the notifications changes, the Caller Id information, etc. After we had the port over I had to go in and change everyone's caller ID to their actual numbers and not our corporate number in a different state. Also, it would be nice to bulk edit auto-receptionist numbers so they can…

It would be a lot easier if people will have the ability to see if the call came from a call queue, regardless if it only follows the call routing from the call queue wait settings where it can be routed to a user extension. people would know how will they address the concern. Most especially if they are just wanting to force the system to have call queue member to be ringing even if they are already engaged on a call.
