  2. Limited Extension Ring Count is limited to 4 Rings. Needs to be increased to 15 rings to match full license. Customer should not have to purchase Full License just to increase rings.

  4. If admin wants to disable the user from changing the login password, there is no option provided to disable\block the user from changing the login password. It will good if that option will be provided. In our company admin will maintain all the passwords of the user and some users change the password by themself. Please consider this and make changes and give some option for the same.

  5. Make it possible, on a person by person basis, to DISABLE sending e-mail notifications to people that are Co-Recipients to an extension. Without this, the only way a person can stop notifications from the shared extension is for them to disable notifications on their own account. But if they do that, they also lose all e-mail notifications for their own extension. Scenario:Message-Only box (ext 3001)Notifications (e-mail) is Enabled for the extension.   6. We work with multiple clients that have different sites, and I am sure many other RingCentral customers do as well. The global directory adds all phone numbers in the company to the directory, however our sites would benefit greatly from having Contact Groups that are specific to their site. Having the ability in the admin center to create different contact groups and apply them to different users/sites would be very beneficial.

  12. Please allow admins to order more than one phone at a time for end users at a site. We should be able to add them all to one order at the same time. This would go for regular end users as well at different locations. One order at a time is inefficient

  13. Phones in secure locations require the disabling of the speakerphone. Controlling the feature/function from the Admin portal would be extremely useful; especially with a large number of phones to manage.

  14. The VVX 350 Polycom desk phone does not remember the Speaker Phone volume after powering off and on againPlease configure the phone, so it remembers the Speakerphone volume.The Polycom phone does remember the Ring volume on the phone when unplugging from the power and plugged it back in.
