  4. Our field sales team love the idea of being able to work from their computer and be able to click on a number on the internet or their CRM and have the number be called by their RingCentral mobile application on their mobile device.

  5. It would be beneficial for us to be able to play a marketing message to our customers that would interrupt the hold music in a similar way that a message can interrupt the music while a person is waiting in a call queue

  6. Please allow admins to order more than one phone at a time for end users at a site. We should be able to add them all to one order at the same time. This would go for regular end users as well at different locations. One order at a time is inefficient

  7. Phones in secure locations require the disabling of the speakerphone. Controlling the feature/function from the Admin portal would be extremely useful; especially with a large number of phones to manage.

  8. The VVX 350 Polycom desk phone does not remember the Speaker Phone volume after powering off and on againPlease configure the phone, so it remembers the Speakerphone volume.The Polycom phone does remember the Ring volume on the phone when unplugging from the power and plugged it back in.

  16. If a user dials 4-1-1 and then releasises there mistake we instantly get charged $2.75 even if the call didn't go through. I proposal that Admins shuld be able to disable this feature company wide as it's outdated and should be dropped, as 4-1-1 is obsolete.

Please add an option to forward calls in Ring Central Phone based on a monthly calendar view. ...so at a glance of a calendar month you can see which member calls will be forwarded to, and easily change it when needed. For example, see in attached how we have 3 different members (Andres, Dan & Paul) on call throughout the month of July? Please add an option to make forwarding rules based on that. Many thanks!!

  18. We have an IVR menu for after hours and find that many callers will not use the IVR and will hang up during the IVR messages. We would like to have missed call notifications so we can be proactive and call back those missed calls.

  20. It would be helpful if the mobile app showed what extension picked up what call. Currently, when the same line rings simultaneously and one extension picks it up, it shows up as a missed call on all other extensions. I would like it if the desktop app, mobile app, and even the desktop phone showed who picked up what call instead of how it currently says missed call.
