MFA Validation
Our MFA validation code gives us 60 seconds to type in and it is taking 120 seconds for the code to come in to our mailbox, so we aren't able to validate the code in time. Can we change the amount of time the code is good for to 5 minutes instead of 1?

Enabling Automatic Call Recordings can only be done through the main site.Due to confidentiality reasons and time consuming for hundred of users, enabling the ACR through a specific site would be ideal, safe and time saving.The cx suggested if we can automate the ACR on all agents on a specific site without touching the rest unnecessarily.

Identify a saved contact using the company name
Not all numbers belong to an individual person. Some are being used by people within a business.Currently when someone who is saved as a contact but only has the "company" name filed up calls in, the caller is not identified by the company name.Please show the company name of a contact saved without a first and last name when receiving a call from them.

Multiple and / or more flexible audio interruption
Hi there,I don't know why, but the current system only allow for 1 specific audio when interrupting.This is very limitating. The Ability to Forward Limited Extensions
We have limited extensions for faxes and such. Sometimes during a port you can't get all the numbers ported at the same time it would be nice to be able to temporarily forward a limited extension to another number until you can permanently route it to where you need.

When receiving multiple calls on desk phone, have it ring/beep with audio
When having a second call comes through while I am on my desk phone with a client, the second incoming call does not make any alert sounds/beeps/rings. It only notifies on the desk phone that there is an incoming call. It would be nice to have the desk phone beep or ring while I am on the other line to notify that a second caller is calling.

New message indicator on collapsed file folder
In 'Message' area of Ring Central App: If I have a file folder created with multiple chat groups under it, and the file folder is collapsed (which the App often does - another feature I would like changed - once expanded, keep it expanded unless I manually close it). Disable the computer screensaver when on an active call or meeting
When you are on an active RingCentral phone call or in a meeting, we would like to prevent your computer from engaging your screensaver when there is no keyboard or mouse activity. This is the behavior we experience with other similar applications (Webex, Teams, Zoom).
