How is this still not implemented yet? This is absolutely critical. It defeats the purpose of have a simultaneous option as if 1 person answers, everyone else gets a missed call and calls the customer back.

Customer wants to get a missed call notification on the desktop application even though the settings of the call queue group set to ring simultaneously. Even a member is engaged on a call and not receiving the incoming call would like to receive a missed call notification still.
