Remove Automated Assistant when calling tech support
I have a suggestion. Please remove the automated helper when calling in to tech support. I had an issue regarding paging and the automated system started talking about my custom call settings and hours and was asking to remove them. If that would have occurred it would have caused major issues. The automated system said those settings are why my phone was not working, and suggested removing them. I knew better, but I hate to think of one of your other customers calling in and removing all their call queue settings for no reason and creating bigger issues because the…

Fax Word Docs
I was able to fax files with .doc and .docx with .pdf Now, only .pdf's get through. I read there was an update that dropped the .doc extensions. Please bring this back.

We need a delete button on the call register. Now, I have to click three times to delete a call from the list.

Prioritize RingCentral App calls on Desktop
Having the ability to make incoming calls a priority setting to other audio sources via desktop would be a helpful addition. For example, currently if I play music on Spotify and receive a call, the music does not stop when I answer. Since I use this app for work it would streamline my ability to quickly and efficiently answer incoming client calls.

keyboard shortcut for message options
I'd love to be able to click into the message field and be able to attach a file, add a gif, add code, etc all without using my mouse. Slack does a wonderful job by using /{command}. For instance, we could use /gif to add a search term for a gif. Keyboard shortcuts are highly beneficial to users who have disabilities. However, I would say this feature would get us in line with our messaging competitor, Slack.

Allow number search in the dialler to also look in the extension name field
If an extension has been named with a number or code as an identifier that isn't the same as the extension number, then the number or code used in the name is not searchable in the dialler. Entering numbers in the dialler should also look at the extension name field

Default view of Teams to show membership
We use Teams to show different departments, and their availability to take calls. We would love "Teams" to have an option to default view to "show members" rather than share a file, create a task, or add an app. This would help reception and call transfer-ability.

Short cut key for Close Window in Desktop App
Maybe its just me and I cant find the option but on my Mac I normally close windows with the shortcut key (command W) but it doesnt work on this app. Just a suggestion!

Directory assistance publishing for non-main numbers.
We'd like to be able to publish other numbers in the system with directory assistance. We've temporarily solved this using Multi-site but we'd prefer to just be able to publish a "Sales" line or "Repairs" line.

Visibility into pending changes on the Cloud PBX
Currently, if changes are pending on the Cloud PBX - we have no indication of what the pending changes are. We can initiate a sync and review the logs after a sync has completed to see what was done; however, sometimes changes made on the backend by RingCentral support or via auto provisioning require a sync. Without our team having made any changes on the PBX, we are unsure of what will occur once we do sync. Could the details of pending changes on the Cloud PBX be displayed before a sync is run?

Archiver tool - Allow admins to manaully select which users to archive call recordings.
Currently as an admin I have the ability to archive all employees recordings or just myself. If I want to setup a handful of users to archive recordings I have to have that user log in and navigate them to the archiver tool. Downloading all recordings in the company is a lot of data. If I only have a couple teams that want back ups of their recordings then its time entensive to set it up.

Add an email notification option for sent texts.
Many of us already archive our email and if both sent and received texts get sent to our email, we are archiving our texts through our email. It would save us the money and hassle of having to hire a firm to archive the texts specifically.

Make a Swap Users function
In our agency, some extensions are really tied to the program role, not the user. For example, our front desk staff. If a person who was in the role of our front desk support moved to a new job in the agency, they would not be keeping their extension number or direct dial number. It would best stay as a Front Desk line, as that has become known in the community as a front end contact point. [EXTENSION] Select Different Peripheral for Ringtones & In-Communication (Alike Webapp)
Would be great to have the possibility to select a different peripheral for ringtones & in-communication, juste like the webapp.When u get a double phone call, it rings way too loud in the ears.We don't understand the person, and it does hurt ears.We have the possibility to choose on the webapp, but not on the extension which gives the click to call functionnality.Best Regards,

Queue voicemails display in chronological order (oldest first) by default setting
A queue setting that will display queue voicemails in the portal with the oldest on top by default.Currently refreshing the page in the portal resets the view to newest voicemails on top.

Screen only external calls
I'd like to be able to have my calls screened- but I obviously don't need my calls from coworkers screened. I'm trying to filter out solicitors.Please allow us to screen all calls, except those from people in our internal company. Thanks.

Billing History Needs to Be Included in Billing Permissions Within Roles to Assign to Accounting Users
Billing History is currently only available to Super Admins in Ring Central. When all Billing Permissions checked within a Role and applied to an accounting profile/User/Ext, they do not have Billing History presented in the menu for use. Only super admins can have access at this point in time. Accounting should be able to have access to this great billing history feature in the billing portal.
