start minimized in windows
Please make an option to run ring central minimized on start. It is more than annoying to have to see it load on the main screen every day. No other startup program does this and it does not help promote your product - it is a huge negative .

Add the Site Number for Outbound Calls in the RingCentral Desktop App
This would help sites be able to have their own site numbers display instead of the company wide number of their direct number. This is a big issue for us as we have so many sites.

Replying with a message for incoming calls in the RingCentral mobile app feature not available with iPhone users
The feature to reply a message when there's incoming call is not available when using iPhone devices. Article related to it do not have info if it is available with iPhone or not: https://support.ringcentral.com/app/message/mobile/replying-with-a-message-for-incoming-calls-in-the-ringcentral-mo.html. We have tested it and no Reply with message option appeared.

Block File sharing
The request is to have the ability to prevent file sharing with external guests within RingEX so that sensitive information cannot be sent. For example, if a whitelisted external guest is collaborating with an employee via RingEX, the employee would not be able to do share files with this external individual as the administrator would switch file sharing off for guests.

Admin option to move faxes, messages, and files to another employee upon termination
When an employee leaves the company, it would be very helpful to have the option as the admin to copy all the faxes, messages, and files to another employee that would be taking over the role until the position is filed.

I think allowing them to see their numbers would be beneficial - like a scoreboard that could be toggled on and off .

Make task replies column resizable/more prominent in task view of Ring Central App
Once a task is created in the app, the UI offers the original task in the left column taking up most of the space and the ongoing conversation (replies) is constrained to a much smaller column. The task replies are where we spend much more time so it would be helpful to give me focus to that. When resizing the window or toggling the full screen UI element this behavior does not change. What's worse is when adding a video to in replies, a good 1/3 of the video/controls/etc are cut off. This seems to be true in both the…

Decouple conference call so you can transfer original caller
If you add a call and start a conference call you should be able to hang up with the additional call and then go back to the original caller and then transfer that call.

Customizable auto reply for faxes
Working at an animal hospital, we get calls from senders wanting a confirmation that the fac was received. We also get many pharmacy requests and I think having a confirmation auto reply and being able to add a custome message like “We are currently understaffed and focusing on the patients in the hospitals. Fax requests will now have a 48-72 hour turn around time.” would be extremely beneficial. The ability to customize the auto reply message to your needs makes this added feature beneficial to any industry using the fax app.

Remove the "Always ring for at least 30 seconds before forwarding is completed".
When enabling the Mobile App, the user can specify from "0 Rings / 0 Seconds" to "15 Rings / 75 Seconds". Why is there another default option for "Always ring for at least 30 seconds before forwarding is completed"? Currently this feature is giving us lots of problems. Every few days, we have users complaining that their mobile phone ringtones are delayed (they picked up on the 1st ring but the caller said the call already rang 4 times) and their desktop phone never rang although both should ring simultaneously because we always set our mobile users to "0 Rings…

Improve Chat Bot Functionality
Chat bot has yet to be helpful at all for me. Please improve the functionality so it's useful, or at least have it connect properly to a live agent instead of sitting blankly after that's requested.

Active Call Duration Tracker
Is there a way to view the active call's duration without doing the calculation from the call's start time or waiting for the call to end? Could be accomplished through live reports, presense, or call log.This would be hugely beneficial to help know when our users need to be moved along because they have been with a particular customer for too long.

Directory lisiting
I only want to list the number I ported over in directory listing rather than the ring central number. My business has been identified by this number for 40 years. I do not want 2 numbers listed. That is confusing.

Get email copies of outgoing text messages.
You can already get email notifications for incoming texts, and this is great because it lets you archive that communication the same way you would an email. But unlike standard emails, you only get one side of the conversation, because outgoing text messages cannot be saved like an email. Having the option to receive copies of outgoing texts would let the records be more comprehensive, and would let other employees have a record of the conversation.

Changing Number Type
Customer would like to change the number type of the main number on the admin portal on ATT Office at Hand. Currently its grayed out to and set by default to voice and fax.
