  2. Currently, the feature Call Recording OnDemand is either enabled or disabled system wide. Request to have the possibility to set it via user, as is the case with Automatic Call Recording.

  3. While your phone is connected to the car you can receive and answer phone calls. However, there is no function for making calls. Can this be added?

  5. We send so many texts a day and it would be super helpful to be able to categorize them in folders. For example, a marketing folder, a working on folder, waiting for information folder....etc. Instead of having to wade through hundreds of texts to find the right one.

  6. There are certain members in our company that should never have their calls recorded. Since a lot of people work from home, they should be able to have privileged conservations without the line being recorded.

  8. Every phone system since the 90's had a feature to send a global or mass voicmail message to all phones or a group of user's . I would like to add this feature, since many have physical phones and text messaging isn't an option. It is a significant way to communicate to users. Simple and efficent. Also Tracking on who listened to the voicemail would be nice, but not necessary. This would be an Admin portal feature only. A recorded file would be uploaded and distributed.

  9. Hi! Can we do a hand off option when transferring the call? There is a merge option but when a person who initiated it ended the call, the phone call ends altogether. Can we do it so that 3 phone calls is together on 1 line for a proper hand off and once the person who transferred the line can end his line alone and not disconnected other persons? This will be very helpful so the customer knows that we indeed connected him/her/them to other line and thus creating a more interactive and professional vibe.

  10. We need the ability to warm transfer a caller to an external number, brief the 3rd party and then bring the original caller back onto the line with all parties to make an introduction. Right now the only option is to create a conference call on RC Phone (which has a conference greeting).

Goal: Record & change announcement on the go.Idea 1: Allow direct login to announcement Only ext on the mobile app. User can then record directly from the app.Benefit: It would be very beneficial to be able to update announcements on the go through the mobile app without having to sit down by a PC & log in to change the announcement.Alternate Idea: Enable phone call in method to update the announcement. User would dial a phone number to login & authenticate. User would then be able to listen to current announcement or change announcement.

  13. It is very time consuming to have to look up a clients extension because it cannot be stored in the contacts. When I asked someone in your company they suggested I add the extension to the persons last name, that is a very clumsy fix.
