RingCentral Desktop App Answer Calls Without Microphone
Requesting for the RingCentral Desktop App. to have a capability where you can pick up a call even if there is no microphone connected which is available on the old RingCentral phone app. This is very useful for calls like 2FA that need to enter a number key only and not require a microphone

Message Notification
When the message screen is the main active window on my computer, I don't get an audible message notification. When another window is active window I get notifications. It would be useful to always get a notification in case I'm away from the computer that way I'll know someone is trying to reach me.

Re-arrrange Softkey of a Hotdesk Phone (Poly)
specifically - when users are logged in, I want the "Log Out" Softkey to be visible on their main page without having to click "More". As of right now, when NOT logged in - the Login softkey is visible on the main page but once a user logs in, they have to click the "More" soft key before they can see the "Log Out" Softkey. I would like them to see the Log Out softkey on the main page once they are logged in.

Allow to Select Voicemail Contact Display to Phone Number or Caller ID
On the RingCentral App and Polycom phones, the voicemail pop-up when a phone number has a caller ID shows as "Voicemail from John Doe." On the app, it says the caller ID name itself. There should be an option to allow the admin to show just the phone numbers if they prefer to or just the caller ID name if they would like or need to.

Exporting the original Messages
It would be best to export the original or unedited messages in Data Extract rather than just the edited versions of the messages when exporting it from the Message Data Retention on the app

To merge the operator and recipient
To have the settings back on Call / Fax / SMS Recipients need to merge the operator and recipient so when choosing an extension as operator it will also change the recipient to the same extension at the same time.

Spam Risk Caller ID to be removed
Hello, Currently our team is being told that their phone numbers are being shown as SPAM RISK on the caller ID and we would like to remove this as it is impacting our business and sales. We were advised that Ring Central is currently unable to perform this action.

Texts that come in go to a group chat of extensions
We should be able to make a group of extenstions like say extensions 101 and 102 are in a group and when someone texts the main line extension 101 and 102 are put into a group chat with the client. The client would not know its a group chat but extensions 102 could see extensions 101 responses and extensions 101 could see 102, and they both can respond to the client as the company. This works well for 50/50 owners like my company.

Silent warning group
Customer like to create group like with button, allow user in the group press the button to warning if any emergency like a life threatening situation happens, the warning is silent, just possible turn on the light of group button, alerting other users may need reach the police for assistance.

Multiple prerecorded messages to leave
It would be nice to have the feature to prerecord messages to leave if a customers voice mail answers. With just a click of a button you could select one of the messages to be left with out having to stay on the line and record the message live

Ability to add call quue extensions to the compan directory
The call queue Helpdesk 4444, is hidden from the company directory. I see the box where I can turn it on or off but it's greyed out. Won't let me change it. Could you please change it to where it's listed in the Company directory?
