Background Info -

This is the first system I've set up, and the biggest problem I encountered was the lack of information on the interface. Some sections within menus had a sentence explaining what to do or where you were and others it was barren. There is a support page, if you can find it, that on first look looks great but when I was trying to find specific help for an option I found there was a lot of information missing, not relevant or just out of date.

Request -

Basically "Tool Tips", a pop up window describing what the option you are on does, the type of information it expects, and an example.

If you wanted to overhaul your support page, then a hyperlink to a more detailed page showing up to date information. If images are included then make them have a resolution that is readible as the current embedded images are just a blurred mess that's not really useful.

If needed, include a version number on the admin portal and include a version on the support page.
