Ability to Transfer calls to the voicemail of RingEX (Ring MVP) users.
We are unable to transfer calls directly to MVP user voicemail inboxes. The only option is to cold transfer calls directly to the MVP user.

This is SO VERY IMPORTANT!!!! Not being able to directly transfer to VM is causing communication issues, our call center(s) need to transfer multiple calls a day and not having the direct VM is very frustrating and does not make sense why this is not an option, considering this is a phone system.

This is a VERY important part of our business. We need the ability to transfer calls to VM and when switching to CX we lost that piece which has been hard for our staff and causing frustrations.

This is a very important feature for our organization. Frequently, we need to transfer calls to VM but have to route it through EX AND CX just to complete the transfer. It should not be so difficult for agents who rarely have time to go through the extra steps.

We found a way to do it via the RingCentral Desktop App but it requires extra steps, it's annoying.
So we have good phones like Yealink but we can use their capabilities at full potential due to RingCentral restrictions.
Transfer calls to Voicemail is very important for us, hopefully RC will do something about it. -

100% agree - this is a must addition - we lost this capability when switching to Ring CX

We have our phone agents taking calls on Ring CX and have to transfer some calls to our EX users.
There is nothing worst than the executive telling you to send someone to their voicemail because they are about to be in a meeting, but you can't send them directly to voicemail, and the exec doesn't understand the functionality isn't there, since it's been there for every other call provider since the 80s.
