  1. when an organizer wants to call in to a conference call it treats them like a participant and puts them in a waiting room. Can you add the ability for the organizer to create an open call where all callers are automatically allowed in and the call ends when all participants hang up? basically this is a non centrally controlled call where all callers join the call and there is no moderator or controller just an open line to call in to. seems like being the controller requires you to be on the website doing a video call just to…

  2. There should be a way to set a secondary host or moderator in a video meeting so that if the person who is scheduling a meeting was for some reason unavailable, the secondary host could start with those controls already. It would be neat if we could make this a permanent feature, such as John Doe is permanently a secondary host in all meetings scheduled by Jane Doe.

  3. RC uses Zoom which permits virtual backgrounds. RC Meetings should permit virtual backgrounds. There isn’t an option/preference/setting found to do that now.

  4. Currently the scheduler Outlook addon defaults to having a password. It would be great to allow for default settings to be set within the addon.

  6. Right now I can only see my mute status at the bottom of the RCV screen. It would be helpful to be able to see if I am muted within my own "square" in the gallery just like I can see everyone else's. When they are muted, it shows that in their gallery square but the same is not true for me. It would be more consistent and also helpful to show my mute status in my square also.

  7. Some of our customers don't speak english and it would be great if when we send them the meeting link we could use the chat to communicate and it translate in live time based on what the preference is set to. There's a delay now where one party has to copy and paste into google translate and then comeback to the conversation.

  9. I would like to use captioning on my meeting, record that meeting, and have the live captioning appear in my recording. I would like to capture the closed captioning on the recording not just visible during the meeting session

  11. I saw someone requested the option to change audio to "original sound" for meetings and I'd love to have something similar for Webinar. We are using Webinar to host events and have a piano player. The audio on Webinar tries to hide background noise, which actually makes concert music come out more choppy. Please consider adding the option of "original sound" so that live music performances on Webinar will sound better!

  14. Sharing just a small item or part of a document in chat is a time saver. Currently. I have to open snippet app, snippet item, copy it, then paste it in RC chat window. Would be wonderful to have your own screen clipping tool in chat.

Show the title of the videoconference meeting somewhere in the video window, either in the window's title bar, or as a heading in the content of the window or some other suitable place.For example, if the meeting's title is "Monthly Project Moonshot Sync-up", then this title should be displayed, either in the window's title bar, or as a heading inside the window somewhere near the top (either above the video stream(s), or overlaid).This would help to reinforce the identity and purpose of the session, giving a more official feel to meetings.

  20. Whether on WiFi or on cell network signal, a user is prompted to “use internet audio”. Wondering if this can change to “use network audio” in the event a user is joining but their phone is not connected to any WiFi. Common use case if someone is traveling on the road or even outside on a walk, away from any wifi.
