Easier access on the video meeting code/invite.
THe potential client using free video feature of RingCentral wanted to have an easier access of the meeting ID. Like having a video meeting invite banner when they log in.

Ability to delete an active Video Meeting link
Old employee set up a re-occuring link for a meeting. She is no longer with the company but her link is still active and in everyone's RingCentral meetings list.

We use a member database where our members can register for the events/webinars that we host. We would like to provide a clickable link in our registration confirmation emails that allow attendees to add the event to their preferred calendar.

Working hours and scheduled glip messages to help with work/life balance
RC users should be able to put in their normal working hours into their RC profile. Any messages or calls outside of their posted hours are flagged. People will then have the option to either continue the call or message OR schedule a message for the following day that the employee works. This would enhance work/life balance for everyone as it will cause pause and reconsideration.

Remote Control for RCM via browser
User still utilized RingCentral Meetings for video meeting and this has limited the remote control. This should still be available while RingCentral meeting is in transition to RingCentral video.

Allow Rooms device to connect to other providers meetings
Rooms appliance only allows connection to RingCentral meetings. This is a major inconvenience in the event that we need to join a video meeting from a different provider such as Teams, Webex, or ZOOM.
Please find a way to allow Rooms appliance to connect to other meetings and not just Call in.

Use the same Team Name on Video Meeting
Need to have the ability to use the same team name when scheduling a video meeting because we are a medical clinic and would need to schedule the meeting with the patient's name.

Allow sharing of part of screen
Currently RCV allows sharing of full screen or a given app. However, when user has a high resolution monitor (eg 4k/8k), sharing fullscreen means the viewers may not be able to see the screen clearly as it's downscaled to say a FHD display. On the other hand, sharing only 1 app at a time means user has to unshare and share diff apps if their requirement needs multiple apps to be displayed.
Enabling part of the screen share mitigates this by

Presence sync when in events with Ring EX
When you are in events, ideally it should update your Ring EX presence to in a meeting/events etc. Not everyone has calendar presence setup so any time you're in a events session it should ideally update your presence across the Ringcentral portfolio.

Include meetings/video time in Admin Business Analytics
In the Business Analytics reports, I'd like to see the time spent on videos or meetings. The time and calls inbound or outbound currently don't include things scheduled through RC Video.

Call Monitoring
Adding call monitoring to a User group in the RingCentral portal, does not allow you to edit the call monitoring features. It will be great to add call recording that only allows Listen only.

Availability of Outlook app calendar when scheduling a meeting for Windows 11
Some settings are not available with Windows 11 when using RingCentral app specially on scheduling a meeting.

When MS Exchange account is connected to RC you should have access to all of your meetings, even if they are not RC Meetings
Creating a Teams meeting is pretty much the same thing as creating a Ring Central meeting. It creates a link users can click on to join the meeting, from the browser or the app. When you link your Exchange account to your Ring Central account, you have access to all your future meeting, even if they are not Ring Central meetings. That means users can also see their upcoming Teams meetings. Disable hosts from being able to delete/access meeting recordings
We have meeting hosts who are able to access and delete video meeting recordings. Their doing this will also delete the recording from admin portal. Please implement an access control where only super admins can have access to video recordings and hosts/other participants can send a access request to view the recordings.

Floating Reactions Animation
When someone clicks a reaction, an animated version of the chosen emoji floats upwards from the left side of the screen. The animation of reactions allows participants to express themselves visually during a meeting using emojis.
