The addition of a call button icon beneath disconnected participants is a commendable suggestion. This feature would enable moderators to efficiently contact individuals who have lost connection, thereby enhancing the overall management of the session.

Scheduling Only Device
Allow the configuration of a Standalone Scheduling only device instead of needing a full blown Rooms setup. This is helpful for rooms that don't need a full setup like a small huddle room that can be reserved but don't need video capabilities. Other providers currently allow this option.

Indicator reminding about estimated meeting end time based on calendar event details
It would be nice to add a popup notification, or special mark or image, indicating that meeting is close to it's scheduled end time. E.g., "this meeting ends in 5 minutes".

QR recognition for Webinars
Usually webinar presenter shares some QR-code in order to provide a link to some materials. For now user is supposed to scan QR with a mobile phone. But for internal webinars links usually lead to internal resources which are nat reachable due to VPN is needed. Can Webinar app (RCV, Events) recognise QRs and offer a user open the link, so that it is opened on laptop?

Synchronize the timestap of the downloaded timestamp of the transcript and MP4 from a recorded video meeting
Currently, when you download a video meeting, the MP4 file's timestamp is in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). This can cause a discrepancy if your local timezone is different from UTC, as the timestamp displayed will not match your local time. The customer would like a feature that allows the downloaded video meeting to have timestamps synchronized for both the transcript and the MP4 file, and to reflect the local timezone rather than the server's UTC time.

If I want to make a comment in the notes, allow us to add a comment in the notes. Could be: "Joe transferred me to Ellen."

After starting a meeting, add the meeting ID on the page so it's easy to find and read to the attendeee on th phone
I always have a hard time telling someone on the phone the meeting ID so they can join because it's hard to find. Maake it simple to find. Maybe on the title bar of the video screen

Timer will be helpful to keep presenters on track and when they are sharing their own screen it is hard to share a timer on screen

Mute video call when on the phone
Ability to take a phone call during the video meeting and mute everyone talking on the video call so I can just hear the person talking on the phone and talk to them.
