Enable Caller ID Name (CNAM) Display on 911 Calls
Our current VoIP setup successfully transmits the Caller ID phone number (ANI) when calling 911; however, the Caller ID name (CNAM) is not displaying to the PSAP.
Local government inspectors now require that emergency calls made from businesses show both:
The Caller ID number, and
The company/Caller ID name
Current Behavior
ANI (phone number) is displayed correctly on 911 calls.
ALI location information is provided.
Caller ID Name (CNAM) does not appear.

Durin a RingCemtral online meeting the person sharing their screen, it is too small for the other participants, even on zooming it's not clearly visible. This happened after the update to the new RC version. Previous one was much better in terms of viewing the screen.

Intelligent Auto-Framing or Speaker (Subject)Tracking while on Video Meeting.
The system must use a combination of Audio Localization and Face Detection to identify the active speaker and dynamically zoom/pan the frame to focus on them.
When multiple people are visibly present, the system must dynamically adjust the zoom and position to frame all subjects equally and optimally.
The primary AI model for face detection and initial framing calculation should run on the local client (Desktop/Mobile) to minimize latency and server load.
Ensure the video framing adjustment is synchronized with the audio feed to prevent the unsettling effect of seeing the frame move after the speaker begins talking.1 vote -

I need to be able to see what I am sharing when I share my screen during a presentation. That way I can tell that my audience can see what screen I am sharing and I can also confirm I'm not sharing a screen I don't want to share yet. This ability would also be great to have when using the screen overlay feature so I can see if my head is covering an important part of my screen I am sharing.

Using the ringcentral scheduler, it just populates the information, but no signature.
There should be an easy way to add the signature on the new outlook using the RingCentral scheduler

When you are in a chat conversation and want to mention someone who is not in the group, the @ operator does not work now.
If we enable that, it will help including people's names more easily. The reader of the message can easily click on the contact link and be routed to their profile, and then start a conversation with that person very easily. With 7000 employees, it is easy to make mistakes in spellings, or forge the full name of the person we want to mention. So this feature makes it simpler and saves time.1 vote
