please add sound effects in ring central to that I can add my own noices like horn or applause or any noise I would like.
Put sound effects in calls and video where I can create a sound panel with sound effects and play them with the push of a button.

Recording/Participant View Controls and Highlights
When recording meetings, the full room remains visible even if a participant’s camera is turned off. An option to control which participant is highlighted in the recording would improve usability. Additionally, a “pin speaker” or “pin participant” feature would be beneficial.

Change display name for video calls
We make video calls to patients/customers using the UC App, the employee making the video call has their name shown on screen, for security staff don't want this to be displayed. The current workaround is to change the staff name within the admin centre, but this impacts live views, analytic reports, etc. Can the account setup have another field for 'display name', which can be either set to 'use account name', or custom, where we can anonymise the staff member details.

Download button for video summary in-meeting
Currently, transcription and summary materials cannot be generated when a video meeting session exceeds two hours. As a workaround, the meeting host has the option to download the transcript during the meeting, prior to ending the session, using the Download Transcript button.
However, this option is not available for the video summary feature. Video summaries are generated only after the meeting concludes, and if a summary is not generated, there is no alternative way to retrieve it.
It would be beneficial to have an in-meeting download option for the video summary, similar to the existing transcript download functionality, to prevent…

Other carriers are supporting MMS for TFN (Toll-Free Numbers). I would like RingCentral to also support MMS for TFN.

We should have people who leave a meeting wait in a waiting room when they re-enter.

I can just give my client control but they have to ask for permission. I would rather just give them permission without trying to explain to them how to ask.
