Add Time Zone selector when scheduling a meeting in RC Video
While using RingCentral Video (I recently switched from Meetings) I noticed when trying to schedule a meeting with a client that the option to select a time zone when setting up a meeting has disappeared. Normally I select our client’s time zone so as not to confuse them when they receive the meeting invite. We schedule meetings with clients in many different time zones, so having the ability to schedule the meeting in their time zone is pretty important to our company.

Make it possible for clients to redact certain parts of their screen when screensharing
This would be useful for clients needing remote support, using the RingCentral video platform. Sometimes clients will want to hide sensitive data, allowing them to redact certain areas of their screen would allow them to maintain that data privacy.cobrowse.io has this feature and this would be a great addition to RCV.

To be able to disable/enable Webinar Q&A for some attendees only
Currently, the settings we have is the option to disable and enable Q&A but this applies to all attendees. Customer wants to be able to select which attendees can view Q&A and those other attendees to not be able to view the questions or answers.

Auto-messaging for scheduling a meeting
The customer has auto-reply text messaging where he wants to associate the meeting invite link so that once he sends the messages, his clients will be allowed to schedule a meeting on the date they prefer. He is recommending, if possible, adding it as one of our features so that all their clients can have the capability to arrange a video meeting.

RingCentral Video participant list report
Submitting on behalf of a customer.They would like to have the ability to generate a report of who are the attendees of a RingCentral Video session. They understand that the participant list can be viewed on the interface where the session can be re-played but it is not an efficient way of doing it especially if the admin is not a part of that session.Thank you

Ability to change screen share while already sharing
This may already exist I just haven't found out how to make it work.When I am starting up sharing my screen, and I may choose to share specifically "Screen 2". Later in that call, I decide that I want to switch the share to "Screen 1", I have to back all the way out of screen share and then re-enter and choose "Screen 1".If there was an ability to change straight from the Screen Share Toolbar, it would make the host's ability to move around their apps and tabs much more seamless.

...cipants. When scheduling a meeting via the Global Actions option via Salesforce, the only option is copy the meeting manually for you to enter it via email instead of giving the option to send an invite to the participants involved.

Meeting Recordings Management
Hello!We would like the ability to limit who can see Meetings recordings. We would like our Users to be able to Host Meetings/Videos, but we feel the Super Admin should be the one to determine who can then view those recordings.IE we should be able to remove the option My Recordings under Video on the desktop app.Thank you!

Closed Captions Permanently On
For accessibility reasons, I need closed captions on for all my meetings. It's very inconvenient to have to turn them on manually for every meeting. It would be great if this was something that could be turned on or off in general settings so it could be automatically on all the time. If I join a meeting and other people have already joined and are talking, I miss some of the conversation until I'm able to manually turn captions on. Please consider this for those who need accessibility feature.

Hide Name/Alias labels for privacy
Some competitors have a feature where they can hide or change the name of the host of the meeting.
The use case is:
1. Customer is in healthcare and offers telehealth services.
2. The host of the meeting wants to protect their own privacy by hiding their full name to customer/patient. They would like to show just first name or similar.

Add a phone number area to the team area so that the contact can be sent a text instead of an email.
Add a phone number area to the team area so that the contact can be sent a text instead of an email. I have over a 100 clients that I would like to use this area to send them a text message on the 15th of each month instead of emails because most of these people are over sixty, some are from different countries and don't know how to use email. These names should not go into the "All Company Contacts" area, each team should be separate. Please contact me if I can help to make this clearer.

Option to Extend Meeting Duration
It would be helpful if we will be notified once we are about to reach the 1-hour duration of the meeting before automatically ending it. There are times that we have to extend the meeting and automatically ending it is really not good. Or might as well make do not automatically end the meeting even if a duration is set unless the host end it.
