Canadian Vancouver conference line
I have two requests/suggestions regarding our RingCentral Video Meetings and Conference Calls: When sharing the screen, there’s an option to mark-up the screen with a ‘pen’ function, but not a highlighter (as in Zoom)Here’s a screenshot of the Zoom options. Join Meetings from Taskbar
Similar to the windows search bar - allow the user to place a join meeting bar in the task bar. I join 5-6 meetings a day, often from Outlook invites. Instead of copying/clicking the link and opening a browser, or locating the RC meetings app which is behind everything else, on one of three screens, or not even running, the user could just type the meeting number in.

Name on 1 line of Presence of Phone and Ext # on Line 2.
On the Polycom phones that we install out on Deployments, I get asked multiple times if they can have their Name on Line 1 of the Presence of the Phone and if they can have their Ext # on Line 2. We get asked on the Go Live Team for this as well!

filtering and ordering for RCV gallery view
Filter to allow you to view a specific set of participants that are of interest. The ones filtered out could show on a different screen (optionally), which create an ordering of priority. Initially it could be a single level of filters. Examples of filters could be people in my company/org, people at a certain location, etc

Attendees ability to pause live Webinar
The functionally of a live webinar currently as a host can pause the recording of the webinar and then re-start, but if the webinar itself is live, the attendees cannot pause it unless the host actually stops it for a few minutes. We would like the ability for attendees to pause a live webinar and join where they had left off.

Names for Cell Phone Users in Ring Central Meetings/Video
My organization wants to be able to identify cell meeting call-ins more quickly by name (not manually changing their name).All of our call-in people are RingCentral users, so the feature I am requesting would be for RingCentral to check the cellphone number of someone calling in, and if that number has been added to a RC profile, display the name of the person.Alternatively, if this is too complicated a feature, the ability to go into guest user phone numbers and manually set display names in RC so that when those numbers do call into meetings their name shows would be…

hide participant icon/name while recording in RCV.
I'm looking to record videos to record and post, but I don't want my name or picture on the side. Is there a way I can record my screen and not have my image name and icon on the side?

Multiple remote meetings at once
Currently, if one user on the account is in a remote meeting, another cannot have their own separate meeting going at the same time. This makes it difficult for our staff to schedule remote meetings with clients as we have to work around each other's RingCentral meeting schedule. I would like to be able to meet with a client remotely while my coworker is working with their client in a separate remote meeting.

Provide a record format for meetings easy to distribute as attachments to email. Many people want copies of meetings ad the easiest way to do tis is be attachments to email.

Let RC Video meeting open in browser in iOS like you allow in Android
Since you allow Android users to join a RCV meeting in a Chrome browser, why wouldn't you also also allow Apple iPhone users to do the same?

Show Specific Meeting Name Rather than Personal Meeting ID in Outlook
When I am scrolling through many recordings of meetings, having them all listed with the same name is not useful. If I can find the meeting on Outlook referencing the right name for my meeting, because I put the right description in the meeting before sending out the invitation, it seems logical that the recording would be save with the unique meeting descriptor I create rather than just my name and "Personal Meeting Room."

would like to be able to "flip" my virtual background (as it shows up backwards when I upload a picture).
Zoom has the ability to "flip" your background so it shows up correctly to viewers. Currently when I upload a picture for a virtual background it shows up backwards.

RCM invite populating as an attachment on New Outlook for Mac
For Mac users on the New Outlook, when trying to schedule a RingCentral meeting through the RCM app on desktop, the invitation will populate as an attachment, rather than with the actual details itself. There should be a feature on RCM that's available for the New Outlook, so that the meetings can populate with the actual invitation, rather than as an attachment.

Add a RingCentral Test Room
We would LOVE to see RingCentral add a "test room" feature so that external guests of our meetings can test their permissions before hand in a test environment. Zoom currently has this feature (https://zoom.us/test).

Allow language setting for Webinar Registration Page
In Canada we have both anglophone and francophone customers. When I setup a webinar, I can change the language of the email's being sent out however the registration page is defaulted to English.This is especially concerning for those Francophone users who can't read English or prefer the experience in their native tongue. That experience reflects negatively on us as a Company that services both and not Ringcentral.
