Improve 'Share Screen' functionality
The "Share your screen function" may not be intuitive for a novel user. For example, to share "Your Entire screen," you have to click on the screen picture to actually share the screen. Additionally, with multiple screens, you have to click on one of the screens. Providing user guidance is some fashion may make this easier for beginners

RCV option to show only participants with video on
The request is to dynamically scale active video participants to use larger tiles while non-video participants use smaller ones. When joining a large meeting where there are only a few people on video, it is visually undesirable to see so much dead space on the screen, and such small video tiles for the few people on video. As an outcome, the meeting experience will be enriched for end-users because they will be able to better see those who need to be seen.

List Supported Browsers in RC Video Invitation
The request is to add the supported browser information in the emailed invitation that RC Video sends out. It would also be helpful to have a support number to contact if they cannot connect.

Provide Fade-out option for Weatherman/Presenter Mode
The request is for a "Weatherman/Presenter Mode" to have a fade out option available. If a user goes into presentation mode, then after the predefined time (30 secs, 1 min, etc.), the presenter's image fades out completely from view. Weatherman is a very nice way to tie your image to a presentation in a personal way. However, after a very short amount of time it becomes distracting and a focal point over the intended presentation. Intl RCV Dial In Numbers & Languages
We need a way to change the greeting language for Audio Conferencing numbers, for specific countries or sites.Right now for Audio Conferencing numbers, the language is based on the "Greetings Language" set in the Main Site's regional settings. This means if an account is based in the US, but has an Italy audio conferencing number, anyone who dials in with the Italy number will hear the prompt in English vs Italian. If we could assign the audio conferencing numbers to a specific site or have a dropdown somewhere to specify language, we could make the calling experience better.

RCV Persistent Layouts - For Education
Teachers conducting virtual classes on RCV in K-12 schools would benefit from being able to assign a layout to the students that remains fixed. This is something that many competitors do not offer. This would allow the teacher to assign a location in the layout, and would be equivalent to a student being assigned a desk or table spot in the physical classroom space. This would help with name recognition, and allow the faculty the ability to organize their classroom in the virtual space as well.

When multiple people raise their hands, the hands should be numbered by the order in which people raised their hands. This allows a presenter to answer questions in the order in which people raise their hands.

Create a feature that allows users to rewind and replay a live RCV meeting
Users would like to be able to reply to the last 10-15 seconds (or go back further) during a live recorded meeting so that they can quickly recall something that was said, shown, or discussed. Similar to how people use streaming services today, users would like a timeline bar on the bottom of the screen for live meetings that they can use to quickly rewind a live meeting to go back and hear/see something from earlier in the meeting. Only allow RCV chats between moderator and participants (restrict Participant-to-Participant chat)
Allow chats in an RCV meeting only between Moderator and Participants. Restrict chats participants-to-participant. Schools, for example, do not want students chatting privately during virtual learning. We need chat to be enabled to allow between Teacher-Student (public and private).

Call Me feature should be available prior to meeting start
The Call Me feature is great, it saves a bunch of key punching for access codes and passwords, but it is not available as an audio option if the meeting does not start on time. Please allow the "Call Me" audio feature to be enabled at all points on the meeting.

Support for Picture in Picture for iOS 14
iOS 14 will allow PiP for iPhone and iPad. Not sure what our iOS user base % is, but it would be great to be able to do other things on my phone and still see the video feed https://www.macrumors.com/guide/picture-in-picture/

Remove the RC Video generic profile picture if a profile picture is uploaded.
RC Video displays a picture of a generic person underneath a profile photo with a transparency, creating an odd looking combination of the profile photo with the generic profile photo in the background. Included images to illustrate the issue.
