Double-click blank space to enter fullscreen in meeting
When in a windowed view, you have to manually click "Full screen" to go into that view. It would be convenient to be able to double-click the blank area of a meeting window to make it enter a fullscreen view.

See meetings I've scheduled on my home page
If I schedule a meeting and send out the invite, why can I not find that scheduled meeting on my home page? I should be able to access it from my own website instead of having to find the intial link I copied and sent out to guests.

Add more audio source options (like Loopback) to share audio from your computer with participants
Zoom makes it much easier to share audio from your computer like iTunes or Spotify. It also is easier on Zoom to route audio into the output of your meeting. RCV is not so easy. There is a company who makes a software program called Loopback that allows you to loop any audio sources from your computer or other places and mix them all together for our output of your meeting. I think that would be cool if RCV let you do more of that type of stuff with audio and allowed for more flexibility for different use cases.

Spotlight Multiple Speakers
I believe Zoom now allows users to spotlight multiple speakers at the same time, which makes a conversation more engaging when you have a panel in progress. Could this feature be added to RingCentral Meetings?

Add a feature to the gallery view to reserve the top, center position for the current speaker
One of the unnaturally things about video conferencing is that every is looking away, to some extent. Unless they are trained TV personalities :-)For the speaker there is no sense of eye contact and, since the order that people appear in the gallery varies, people are looking in different directions, which is also strange.I suggest adding a feature to the gallery view to reserve the top, center position for the current speaker. This way, other participants can approximate eye contact while looking at the speaker, and have all the participants in view. I simulated this recently while using multiple screens by…

Multiple remote meetings at once
Currently, if one user on the account is in a remote meeting, another cannot have their own separate meeting going at the same time. This makes it difficult for our staff to schedule remote meetings with clients as we have to work around each other's RingCentral meeting schedule. I would like to be able to meet with a client remotely while my coworker is working with their client in a separate remote meeting.

RingCentral Meetings Call Me feature to say "Please press option 1 to join the meeting"
When putting in a number under the Call Me option when joining audio in a RCM, there was a way for the system to say "Please press 1 to join the meeting" before joining the audio in the meeting

One-time Large Meeting/Webinar License
It would be great to have the option to pay for a one-time large meeting or large webinar license. Rarely does my company need to host a meeting with up to 1000 participants, but occasionally we do. Paying monthly for a license we may only use a few times a year is costly and unnecessary, so a one-time payment for one meeting at a time would be awesome. Example: you go on the admin portal to the Webinar/Meetings in Billing and have the option to assign a user a one-time license for 1000. The one-time payment is reflected in your…

Button for requesting access to recording
My colleagues recorded the meeting. They posted the link to this recording on Wiki page. I can see the page and the link. But when I open the link - there is only message "Please ask the host for access to this recording"But I have no idea who was the host for this meeting. There should be a button for requesting the access.I logged in RCV. My ID could be sent to the host.No info is required about the host. The host will get a notification and decide - should I get the access or not.

Adding Contacts to a Video Call directly from a contact list
Instead of having to copy and paste or open an email screen, there should be the ability to link to the Web application's contact list or a built in list on your computer or phone.Contacts could then get a notification in their ring central chat or via email/text automatically and join with a click.

Buzz button
Sometimes people get into a heated discussion and it's impossible even to say 'Stop it'. It would be good for meeting Host to have a button initiating some annoying sound for all participant to stop their talking.

Add Closed Captioning
Helpful on international calls or when a connection might be unclear. Also helpful when taking meeting notes.

Add meeting ID to meeting summary email
Meeting ID should be displayed in the meeting summary. This will help when people join meetings that have a generic name ahead of time, allowing the person to know which meeting was joined so they can communicate with the group. As of right now, the host has to login to v.ringcentral.com, and look at recents to know what the meeting ID was.

Names for Cell Phone Users in Ring Central Meetings/Video
My organization wants to be able to identify cell meeting call-ins more quickly by name (not manually changing their name). All of our call-in people are RingCentral users, so the feature I am requesting would be for RingCentral to check the cellphone number of someone calling in, and if that number has been added to a RC profile, display the name of the person.Alternatively, if this is too complicated a feature, the ability to go into guest user phone numbers and manually set display names in RC so that when those numbers do call into meetings their name shows would be…

Allow RCM Reporting on "RCV Accounts"
Since our account was moved over to RCV (even though we requested it NOT) it appears as though we cannot access the RCM reports function at all.

Attendees ability to pause live Webinar
The functionally of a live webinar currently as a host can pause the recording of the webinar and then re-start, but if the webinar itself is live, the attendees cannot pause it unless the host actually stops it for a few minutes. We would like the ability for attendees to pause a live webinar and join where they had left off.

Ability to Edit Webinar Verbiage
Users with webinar licenses would find the ability to change webinar verbiage useful. For example, the 'Speakers' section continues to say 'Speakers' even when there is only one speaker designated. Also, the word Speaker should be editable to say 'Presenter' or any other word the customer chooses. This functionality exists with Zoom.
