Support for Safari (mobile and desktop)
The request is to support the Safari browser, as then end-users will be able to join meetings without the need to install anything other than stock applications.

Hybrid support - Use location awareness to change settings and audio/video devices
When you are home or in the office as Hybrid workers often are we have to manually change audio and video devices.Let users set Office profile and Home profile, etc to set default audio/video devices for each location. Prevents joining meetings with wrong audio selected.MVP knows your location and adjusts emergency call based on it so this can fit along with that setting.

Moderator able to assist technically challenged member
Be able to assist a member or video caller to select/troubleshoot their settings so they may be able to hear/see the meeting.

Merge separate audio call with user
If a user joins the audio by phone, the moderator should be able to merge that phone number with the correct participant instead of seeing it as 2 participants (1 participant and 1 phone number)

Formatting capabilities while taking MEETING NOTES
If users are given the ability to format their text similar to how they do it on any Microsoft application the notes could be used in other contexts much more easily. Currently the formatting options are too limited - users can't choose a font type, font size, color, alignment, numbering, inserting pictures / screenshots etc.

Provide RingCentral Meetings-only accounts access to RingCentral app
I would like to suggest providing RingCentral Meetings-only accounts access to the RingCentral Desktop app. The idea is to provide RC Meetings-only accounts only access to the RC Video/Meeting when accessing to RingCentral.Currently, RC Meetings accounts use the obsolete Desktop version in order to create RC Meetings.

More flexible options for Recorded Meeting download
For customers to have a choice for it to download the recorded meeting as either 2 separate files (audio and video) or as a single file (both audio and video embedded)It will be easier to upload it to different types of services without having to record the same thing multiple times, such as the audio only, on platforms such as podcasts. or a single video/audio file to video or training platforms like youtube or vimeo (for example). Also easier to manage, if errors occur on the video, but audio part can stand alone / is usable.

Able to use the meetings/RCV app using the older MAS OS
some computers were no longer compatible as our RC app is upgrading while the computers were having system limitations

Allow for short IDs for RC Webinar, so that they can be joined without calendar invite, and for RC Rooms.
Please add short ID options for RCW (similar to the 9-digit meetingID for RCV). This would do a lot of things, in that it would be easier to track Webinars within all systems, and also allow people to join with just the webinarID if they are unable to get access to a calendar invite. For example we want to join from RC Rooms or RC App without calendar integration setup.

disable auto-generated text features
In a video meeting, I turned on auto-transcription and made a recording.I see in my meeting playback that there are auto-generated items: brief summary, keywords, summary, topics, and highlights. This is a very impressive and generous feature set. However, due to errors in the accuracy of auto-generated content (limitations of voice recognition and AI interpretation), and the very sensitive nature of my meetings, I would like the option to turn off the generation and/or display of all of these features. As examples of problem scenarios, if I am showing someone a recording from my list, and I share my screen…

Request annotation from Presenter
If you have someone presenting who isnt familiar with the technology but needs to share screen you may need to be able to request annotation to help steer them toward the right things to click on the screen. showing a pop up that they just have to approve is easier than trying to direct them to the right things to click

Automatically Lower Hand after you speak in RCV
When a participant raises their hand to speak in RCV, after they speak, the hand should automatically be lowered. Or the Participant can choose to keep hand raised. Many times a user will raise their hand, ask or make a comment but forget to lower it and a few minutes later the host will ask that person if they have a question.

Rearrange video windows around on screen
It'd be helpful to be able to rearrange windows on a meeting screen. I like to have my window low or off to the side and have key peoples' windows near the top as it appear more natural to look at the top of the screen (where the camera sits on top of my monitor) rather than looking down in the bottom corner or whatever.

Hide Non - Video Participants
Currently the Ring Central platform shows cell phone number as two separate users. In other planforms there is a way to "Hide Non-Video Participants". I suggest that Ring Central add a way to hide the cell phone numbers of those who enter a video call using their cell.

Add RingCentral to Hubspot's Meeting Scheduler
In Hubspot, it has the a booking scheduler to clients, so that, like Calendly, they can pick a time from my calendar to meet. Zoom has this ability. I'd like RingCentral to have that power too. We can't let Zoom beat RingCentral, can we? I have attached a picture of when I edit my meeting scheduler, it shows the option to add a videoconference link, and I can choose Zoom.

Ubuntu 22.04 support
Please add a support for Ubuntu 22.04 as currently it is not able to sign in user. Our company policy requires us to update to latest LTS version and that is causing lot of issues as the RCMeetings is not working correctly on this new version. Since user can't sign in, there is no Desktop sharing. Please advise,

Meeting Duration Status on RCV homepage
When you're in a meeting, it's good to show how long the meeting has been going on so you can determine if you're over or not. Today it is in Participant view. It would be helpful to have it on the RCV home screen.
