Allow resizing of the tiny video image of self when in full screen
When in full screen mode, the image of self is a tiny box in the upper right hand corner. In RC meetings, I am able to resize this box to make it larger so I am able to observe how the participant views me. When using RC video for telemental health appointments, it is important for our therapist to be able to observe themselves in order to monitor their own non-verbal communication--which is not possible on the existing tiny image. Using gallery view is not a sufficient work around as it is impossible to "make eye contact" with the participant…

Meeting Minutes and Notes
Many times in these meetings is is necessary to take meeting minutes, notes, and or action items. It would be nice to be able to download a timestamped meeting transcript as well as notes taken during the meeting with links back to the context of when the note was taken(the place in the recording that the note was taken). It would also be nice to be able to export the action items from that meeting directly to outlook or some other app.

Ring Central Desktop App should work with Outlook for Scheduling
For whatever reason RC is phasing out the Ring Central video and using the desktop app directly. This is great however, users cannot see their scheduled meeting without having connected Google or MS O365. What about On-prem users? We do not have MS accounts. Now users cannot see their scheduled meetings. This should be an easy fix as when you do schedule a meeting, the software does open Outlook to send the invite.

Revise the Side-by-side option to allow Viewing of two shared screens
Use Case: As a trainer, we have two participants sharing their screens, following training instructions. Trainer wants to watch both participants enter the information simultaneously. Had hoped that the side-by-side option allowed viewing of both shared screens simultaneously. Currently, all that can be viewed using the side-by-side option is one shared screen and the participants. As per the community support response, the only recourse is to activate multiple shared screens and toggle between the shared screens.

Waiting Room Enhancement: Send a chat message to waiting room
when using RCV to conduct/host a round table, it's beneficial to hold attendees in the waiting room and to be able to send them a message, e.g. starting in 2 minutes

connect 2 callers trying to connect with each other simultaneously
when 2 people try to call each other at the very same time, the 2 struggle to connect as each is "outbound" to the other. this leads to both hanging up their outbound call and calling again. could we recognize that 2 people are trying to call eachother a the same time and merge the 2 calls?

iCal sync is an issue with Schedule list in the RC video software.
You have accommodated Google and Outlook calendar users. I am able to get my video meetings to populate my iCal(endar), however, I cannot get a list of my scheduled meetings in the app. It would be very helpful to get a schedule list.

Make it easier to join meeting in browser for non-subscribers
We are losing business because our clients can't figure out how to join RC meetings without downloading and installing the client and registering for an account. When they click on a meeting link, please STOP automatically starting to download the client for them, and please make the "Join meeting in browser" option BIG and EASY TO FIND. Right now if they click "Join meeting" it doesn't join them - it starts downloading the client again, and they just get mad and tell us to use Zoom instead.

Manage Branding - customize url, logos, backgrounds, watermarks in Meetings, Invitations
As a user paid commercial white label of Zoom we expect RC to offer the same features at a minimum. Currently branding is only supported in a limited way in webinars at RC. What we need is at LEAST the same features Zoom supports. Add Time Zone Designation for Organizer of Call
The call Organizer should be able to designate the time zone of a scheduled meeting directly on the scheduling page. Currently, the scheduling time is fixed to the organizers extension. Example: If I'm in an airport using my laptop, I can't schedule the video call to line up with my current time zone for that airport.

Shortcut Key for Enabling and Disabling Annotations
Bind a keyboard/mouse key to enable and disable annotations so the presenter will be able to transition using screen shared functions and presenting functions.

Auto Record When Host Joins
We record meetings and it's much easier if the recording automatically starts than to remember to click record button. It leaves room for human error.

Allow access to recordings without having to request from host
We record our calls and sometimes management needs access to listen to them. If the host is off or it's after hours, management won't have access to the recordings

Notify host by email when attendees join a meeting before the host
RingCentral Video should add a feature so that the host can get an email if attendees join when the host has not yet joined.RingCentral Meetings has this feature alread. A toggle on service web allows the host to receive an email notification if participants join their meeting before them, this includes the names of the people who have joined (see attached screenshot).This notification is extremely useful to know when people have joined a meeting early, or even if someone joins on the incorrect day (see screenshot of notification attached). Analytics data for RCV QOS is confusing.
Customer request: " I wanted to make a request to have an update to the analytics portal for RingCentral Video. It would be extremely helpful to see more than just the lowest Received FPS stream for a participant. Best case scenario, it would be great to be able to see the quality of each received stream throughout the entire meeting. If that’s not possible, it would still be helpful to see the number of streams, along with the highest, average, and lowest quality metrics.
