  1. Call Queue After Hours - Rotating schedule

    We currently have a single team member that is on call for after hours. I (as the call queue manager) have to manually change this each week to go to the new scheduled associate's extension.It would be great to be able to set a rotating schedule using primary members with the ability to add "overrides" as needed for members that are on leave.

  2. Presentation mode - Be embedded inside a circle instead of background removal

    Sometimes, the agorithm to remove the background is not optimal, to avoid this problem and improving the visual effect, having the possibility to be embedded in a circle, like some Youtube guy does, could be a nice feature!Here an example : https://ibb.co/cL71bnK

  5. Allow Admin to view videos sent from Link

    After receiving an email that recording is ready for viewing, when that email is forwarded the admin does not have the ability to view the video unless they log in from admin panel. Should authorize since it prompts us to log in with those same credentials.

  6. Virtual background - run performance test in the background at the beginning of the session

    When i try to select the virtual background option, it runs the performance test screen and end of the test, it showed system did not meet expected requirement. instead, you can run the performance test in the background when the application loads parallely and intimiate user with a small icon above saying virtual background feature cannot be used. it saves lot of time. also suggest text like "try closing other tabs for best experience" for this feature, which worked for me. so user dont need to open the link and read through documentation, which hardly users does.

  8. scheuled meeting is ending soon

    when a meeting is 90% to the scheduled end time, a notification pops up for the meeting host to end the meeting on time.

  9. Record Break Out Sessions

    Currently, ring central meetings isn't able to record break out sessions within a meeting; regular main meetings are recordable, but once break out sessions are initiated, there is no way to record the individual sessions.

  11. Specify Recording Layout

    When recording a meeting, having the ability to choose what layout is recorded. For example, just active speaker, or 2 (+ more) speakers if there's a panel/fireside chat.Beneficial for training materials.

  13. Second simultaneous meeting

    It would be nice to allow for a second simultaneous meeting to be started in cases where meetings may overlap in time. I coordinate many meetings, not all of which I am essential for participating the entire time. It would be nice to be able to hand off Host duties to a co-worker and start another meeting in instances where timing may otherwise overlap, or in the case of back-to-back meetings where the first one runs longer than planned.

  14. Allow Live Streaming of RC Video.

    We would like to stream live video calls to a third party application, ie Digital Signage. Zoom has this functionality now.

  15. Tell viewers who's speaking from the group (in file sharing mode)

    In v.ringcentral.com in a video meeting when somebody is sharing the screen and some other people (not the presenter) are talking, it would be good to have a notification with: XYZ is speaking now. You cannot see them but would be good to have a name for the voice you hear at any given moment. The notification can appear for speeches over 5 seconds long for example. Personally I would appreciate such a feature.

  18. RCV Compatibility with Owl Labs all-in-one Mic/Camera/Speaker

    The OWL Labs product aligns with the future removal of the clunk around conferencing equipment. It is compatible with Zoom and RC Meetings, but it does not seem to yet be compatible with RCV. I would offer that it that joining the other top industry platforms in making RCV compatible with the OWL would generate further adoption of the RCV platform.

  19. Video Layout - hide users not showing video.

    Customers have asked to be able to hide partcipants not sharing video - ie. hide the avatars and move users sharing video up the list. If there is only 3 people sharing video make the video frames bigger and hide the avatars.

  20. Add "Invite by Contact" or "Invite by Video" to RCV desktop/web App

    When using the RingEX Mobile App for a RCV meeting, there is an option to "Invite by Video" into a current RCV meeting. When using the desktop or web app, you are unable to invite a contact or invite by video into an active RCV meeting.
