Enforce meeting password for everyone rather than have it embedded in the join link.
It has been requested that our users need to enter the meeting password before they are allowed in the meeting. The links can be emailed to anyone and it allows them to join without knowing the meeting password. This could be a security hole our users do not want to encounter. Currently the waiting room is the only way to combat unauthorized users from joining a meeting.

Programmatic access to alter/access/edit virtual background
Our internal support representative brought up a customer request where they were looking to change/provide virtual background automatically for their users. Currently, there is no RCV API or programmatic way of doing that. It would be very helpful

Windows Host app for RingCentral Video Rooms
I already have Windows PCs in my conference rooms capable of running RingCentral Video. Why should I have to purchase Mac Minis or Poly devices when I already have capable hardware? At the very least, set up an RCV Rooms web app that I can put in a fullscreen Chrome tab. Supposedly, that's all that's required for regular participants...

Localized RingCentral Video Meeting invitation.
I would like to possibility to choose the proper language via the Outlook RingCentral Scheduler. French and English are very present in my region and I would like to customer that email invitation and choose the language or bilingual invites if possible.

Add an option for international dial-ins
We have calls regularly with people from other countries, but as it is now, we have to get on and manually add their dial-ins. In the old app, you could type the country in the bottom, and it would generate the international phone numbers in the body of the email.

Administrative Enforcement of RingCentral Videos settings for all users on the account
It would be helpful to be able to have RingCentral Video Templates or Profiles that users can select when scheduling meetings. Profiles could include fields being made mandatory. Keep small window showing when meeting is active but minimized
In Ringcentral Meetings, when the call is still going but the window is minimized, you can still see a small floating window that shows the active speaker and allows you to toggle your mute. This was very helpful and I wish RingCentral Video had this feature as well.

Custom notification sounds
Several of our staff were disappointed at the change in the join notification from a doorbell to two beeps as it is less noticeable and has caused delay in admitting participants in the waiting room. Allowing users to select which tone they would like to use could resolve this issue.

Reintroduce a dropdown for the UK timezone in Meetings Scheduler
There's no UK timezone in the dropdown in scheduler. It was suggested to me by your support team that I choose GMT but I pointed out to them that GMT only matched UK timezone 6 months of the year! It used to be there, I'm guessing it was an oversight, please add it back in.
