Launching third party meetings
I use RingCentral Video religiously. However, sometimes I am added to MS Teams/Webex/Zoom or other calls. The meeting shows up in my calendar under my RC App Meetings tab. The issue is that I need to copy the meeting information or make it pop into Outlook to click on the meeting link.Is it possible to scan the meeting info content and simply launch the url?

Security Button while in meeting
Need to be able to turn on/off waiting room while in the meeting. Be able to allow specific participants to share screens (able to turn on and off). If these features are there, i haven't found them.

Add paired audio device combinations selection dropdown during meeting join.
Since we know that the audio experience will be better for the user when they choose mic and speaker combinations that are paired, we should have a dropdown for those paired devices during the audio selection in the meeting join.

RC Video migration - need option to change default monitor back to what I had with RC Meetings when screen sharing.

Please add the "Call Me" Feature from RC Meetings to RC Video
Most video conference software I use has gotten to the point where there's a "call me" widget from the software instead of making me dial in to a number with numerous long sequences of numbers to input (and only with English prompts). The prior software RC had, RC Meetings (I think that was the one based on Zoom and caught up in all that litigation) had a "call me" widget that saved my desk phone number and let me connect the audio to my phone with a single, simple click. Agenda and timer host tools for managing meetings
I would love to have more built in tools as a meeting host on managing my meeting set up and live meetings. A timer to track topics and a way to have the agenda topics show up on the screen in a way where you can easily manage your meeting would be cool and a differentiator from our competitors. Hybrid Work: Meeting check-in feature for physical meeting rooms/in-person meeting attendees
I've noticed that now that folks are starting to return to office, when there are folks attending meetings in conference room, certain features become harder to manage such as sharing video recordings. In the virtual-only case, it's very easy to share a video recording and keep track of meeting attendees since everyone by default has to dial in online. Export Participants List
With RC Meetings, we have the option to export list of attendees to a .csv file - this is necessary when customers request this for their records (to see who attended vs who didn't). Currently, with RCV, I log into v.ringcentral.com, go to the recordings tab (which is only available if you recorded the meeting) and manually type each participant name into an Excel sheet. For a group of 100+ people, this takes a really long time. Would love the ability to view and export the Participants list (even if I didn't record the meeting) to Excel/.csv. This would save…

Customized invitation meeting [Meeting ID] should generate a meeting ID with no spaces

Have option for RingCentral Video to automatically call me one minute prior to the start of my meetings

Provide Fade-out option for Weatherman/Presenter Mode
The request is for a "Weatherman/Presenter Mode" to have a fade out option available. If a user goes into presentation mode, then after the predefined time (30 secs, 1 min, etc.), the presenter's image fades out completely from view. Weatherman is a very nice way to tie your image to a presentation in a personal way. However, after a very short amount of time it becomes distracting and a focal point over the intended presentation. A fade out allows for the personalized connection between the presenter and the audience, but once that connection is made the prolonged visual reference overtakes…

Not have to use a calendar to see any schedule created
We need to not have to have a calendar setup but still see list of scheduled meetings. Currently you must have a clanedar connected and you only see schedules for the next week.

Alternate Host
There should be a way to set a secondary host or moderator in a video meeting so that if the person who is scheduling a meeting was for some reason unavailable, the secondary host could start with those controls already. It would be neat if we could make this a permanent feature, such as John Doe is permanently a secondary host in all meetings scheduled by Jane Doe.

Recurring Meetings: For it to have an option to select days of the week
As of the moment, we need to create 2 weekly recurring meetings (one on Tuesday and one on Thursday) because the schedule options are only daily/weekly/monthly. It would make it easier if there was an option to select the days of the week that you need it to recur.
