Ability to select "Call Me" Feature option in advance of meetings or default setting
I like the "call me" feature but it's not super useful when I am already in a position to log into the app to direct the meeting to "call me". We have several meetings throughout the day, and occasionally I am in between offices or the bank or at the post office. It would be beneficial to be able to schedule that option in advance of a meeting or select some default setting or feature that indicates so long as I have a Ring Central meeting scheduled I always want the meeting to "call me" at my preferred number automatically,…

RC Meetings Launching Browser / Ads
Launching an active RingCentral Meetings from meeting link contained within the invitation launches a browser prior to launching the installed RingCentral Meetings desktop application. The inclusion of promotional / marketing material on the browser to existing RingCentral customers is an annoyance, and counterintuitive

Add Bookmark option for Favorite Meetings or PMI's
Most of the cases we have repeated meetings or scheduled for a period. For these every time we need to Copy PMI from Schedule and Pasting in Join meeting Popup. If we Have BOOKMARK feature that will help us to join immediately from Video Menu.

Require Email Address when joining RCV meeting
Require email address (or have an option to require it in setting up RCV) when a participant joins a RCV meeting, webinar, or event. This would help in the backend to properly track attendees and easily share to them the recording of the meeting.

Powerpoint presenter view for single screen
At the moment, we cant view notes via powerpoint presenter view unless its a multi screen. It would be useful to have this feature for a single screen. Similarly like what zoom/Teams have done. It is tedious to not be able to use ringcentral unless i have an external monitor. Please add this feature soon

Ring Central \Meetings-Breakout Rooms should allow participants who joined by browser to be assigned to room
Sometimes our clients join the meeting by browser and we need to be able to put them in Breakout Rooms. It works in ZOOM.

Allow to set voice controls while in Waiting Room
While waiting for a Host to start the meeting in a waiting room, you could set voice features to allow multi-tasking while waiting.

Pre-Meeting Registration
A pre-meeting registration is where a special link is created for people to insert their details (name, email, etc.). Once registered, the host can get an email indicating a new attendant, or recieve the information with some other method. This comes in handy when you're hosting an informational meeting and you don't know who is going to show up.Zoom has a meeting registration so you know how many people are going to show up for the call. That way you can notify them that the meeting is starting if they can't join.

Random meeting ID retention
Currently:1. If you "Schedule" a meeting with random ID, the ID will be retained for a year and expire after that.2. If you "Start" a meeting from RC Web App, the ID expires in less than a week.3. Dealing with multiple overlapping meetings with "Personal" ID is not that convenient.What's going on in workflow:1. After a year you've setup several meetings (like 1x1s and team syncs) you get them expired.2. Add Date & Time to body of an email meeting invite for RC Video
We are looking to have the date and time automatically added to the body of an Outlook email invite for RingCentral Video. This seems to work with RingCentral Meetings, see attached image. We schedule meetings with the RingCentral app

Adding Spotlight Feature similiar to RC Meetings (Zoom)
We do a lot of teaching videos live. We also record the videos and make it available to our subscribers.This allows teachers to hightlight their video. It also allows a teacher to record the video without concern of violating anyone's privacy.This feature is currently available in RC Meetings and Zoom.

Hope there will be an option to change the font color of the meeting interface. I can barely see the font letters in gray which is almost the same shade of the background.

Consistent sound level from different participants in meeting
Everyone is living in meeting now.Some participants are low talkers or have terrible microphones. Others are loud.I have my speakers on max to hear one person and then someone else speaks and blows out my ear drum.
