Mute In-Call Voice Notifications for Call Recording & Transcripts On
If you are automatically recording a phone call, then go to toggle on SmartNotes you will receive two voice notifications if a customer calls in.
The initial where you hear "This call is being recorded" then an additional voice notification, "Transcript turned on".
There really should be an option to disable the transcript turned on message as it already notified that this message is being recorded.
Two voice notifications back to back only confuses the client calling in.

Agree. We love the auto note-taking feature for the conversations we have, but are unable to use it, seeing as our clients are completely taken back by the "AI is taking notes" announcement that interrupts the beginning of the phone call.
Sadly, we are definitely not going to continue using this feature until that notification is able to be disabled.

Totally agree with the comments that this is critical to be able to mute the AI transcription announcement. This was a feature previously and has since been removed (apparently for no good reason). Also, it is accurate that the online documentation specifically gives instructions for how to mute the announcement, which is nonsensical at this point. Please enable this feature again so we can mute the announcement.

We were told that this was a feature when we upgraded. However, it is no longer. The "AI transcribing now" alert at the beginning of our phone calls is unprofessional for us and very alarming to our clients. It is a critical oversight that this feature wasn't automatically included with AI.

This feature was present -- there is even a web page describing how to turn it off at https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/Managing-the-AI-notes-transcription-announcement-on-RingCentral-phone-calls.html?brand=RingCentral&product=RingEX&language=en_US#:~:text=Sign%20in%20to,this%20article%20helpful%3F but it was removed at some point recently. It needs to be reinstated ASAP.

We should have ability to turn off "Transcription On".
it is causing cx's to not be able to hear us when we are answering the calls, or they can hear it when we turn it on mid call
