  3. Customers feedback is that during the conversation between the caller and the receptionist, the AI Receptionist, would take a while to respond. Then, at the end of the conversation, when the caller says thank you, the AI would say, "let me check that for you" before having a closing remarks.

  9. I've discussed this at length with multiple support reps and I've confirmed that when you set up call masking in RingSense, that it only masks the audio recording, and does not mask the transcripts and AI summaries.

    This is a major security concern as sensitive customer information such as credit cards needs to be masked from everything, not just the audio. For compliance with PCI DSS, the call masking logic needs to be changed so that transcripts and AI summaries are masked as well as the audio recordings. This is a HUGE security and legal issue.

  10. Customers would like the ability to remove an implicit team if that manager role no longer applies to that user. Right now, you can remove all the team members from that manager's team, but the team remains with one member ... which is that manager. The only workaround is to unassign that user's license in the admin portal. The team (along with the user) in RingSense will then be removed. You can then reassign the user and pick a role for them in RingSense.

  12. We would like to have the ability to transcribe an existing recording. In case the notes or transcript were turned off during a live call, we can still have the option to transcribe a recording.

    Today, RingSense allows for the redaction of US data points:
    - Credit Card, Email Address, IBAN Code, Phone number, US Bank Number, US Drivers License, US ITIN, US Passport, US Social Security number.

    For the UK Market, for all deployments, we are going to need as a basic:
    - National Insurance number
    - NHS Number
    - UK Passport
    - UK Drivers License
    - UK + International Bank Number
    - UK Postcodes
    - Others (Maybe doing a custom redaction leveraging regular expressions)

  16. Have the ability on the utilization report to see how many calls are accessed even if they are not listened to in full. also if you could see when they logged in and out not just the last time.

  19. Create work flow and call script should be able to be read fromthe portal and input live transcript as call is taken place. This would be great for taking data from ring sense to scheduling software.

  20. A back up for frequently asked questions, or a password to protect before deleting the whole section.

    I thought I was deleting one question that wasn't working, and the whole AI frequently asked questions is now deleted, with no way to retrieve all the work we put in.
