  3. it would be great if we can push attributes to RC from our IdP using SSO to assign users to sites, groups, call queues etc.
    if we can push attributes from our IdP to RC and users would be assigned based on their attributes from the IdP we can automated users queue assignment sites assignment etc all via the SSO connection, which would save a lot of time of manually manage the users and assignments.

  6. My partner has numerous dental clinic customers who utilize Dentrix Dental Software. Developing a prebuilt integration for this software would significantly facilitate our promotion of RingCentral to these clients, as they would not need to incur additional costs for developer-led integration.

  9. Our customer service and tech service managers would love to be able to use ConnectLingua within our RingCentral environment (UC). This would help bridge language barriers during live calls with near real-time voice translations.

The RingCentral CRM Extension is a great start and getting it to work with NetSuite is awesome, however, it would be even better if the Transcribe and Summarize using AI was built into the plug-in itself and when it took a summary of the call using AI it posted that back to NetSuite or the CRM of your choosing. Right now, it takes both the plug-in and the either the RC Teams or the RC app itself open so when a call comes in both ring at the same time. You then have to manually copy and paste the summary…

  12. Issue: When a customer calls in and their phone number is associated with multiple Salesforce accounts, the system does not automatically recall the account from the previous interaction. As a result, it fails to show a match or defaults to presenting multiple matches.

    Expected Fix:

    The system should automatically associate the incoming call with the same account that was used in the most recent interaction. For example, if the last call was matched to Account 1, the system should prioritize and automatically match the incoming call to Account 1 instead of prompting for selection among all associated accounts.

  13. Feature Request: Synchronization of External Shared Contacts between RingEX and RingCX Directories

    Request Overview: The customer requests the ability for external shared contacts that appear in the RingEX company directory to also be visible in the RingCX directory.

    Current Behavior: Currently, external shared contacts added to the RingEX company directory do not automatically appear in the RingCX directory. This lack of synchronization requires users to manually add or manage contacts across both platforms, resulting in duplication of efforts and potential discrepancies between directories.

  18. Please integrate all direct numbers with WhatsApp business. Only the main number has access to WhatsApp business. All numbers on an account should have WhatsApp business access.

  19. They have a Zapier integration that creates a contact in RingCentral with information linking back to JobNimbus, such as Email and Jnid. They have another Zapier integration which takes transcripts of recordings from RingCentral and posts them as documents or notes in JobNimbus. According to the output of the latter Zapier integration, the contact was successfully found in RingCentral, and the document was correctly posted to JobNimbus.

  20. We currently use Wellsky Personal Care Formerly Clear Care for our client and Care Professional profiles, scheduling and additional needs. In the event of a call off we are attempting to reach out to several care pros at the same time, due to this with the current platform we are having issues with receiving the response back to the original sender. Integrating RingCentral into WellSky would provide a valuable and time saving method to reach our care pros and client needs at the same time.
