    Additional integration with Microsoft 365's Power Automate. I can envision small automatic scripts or larger applications leveraging the ability to send messages to individuals, groups, and teams via RC client or SMS. A PowerAutomate flow that monitors sales numbers in a database or Excel spreadsheet and generates a message to a team when they meet their numbers.Onboarding system that messages HR, IT, and a new hire's onboarding flow is in process and what state it is in.Maybe a flow that monitors events within the O365 ecosystem and texts or calls IT when some process errors out?There appear to be mechanisms…

  2. Add Google/Outlook Contacts to RingCentral App

    Add the ability to import Google contacts or Outlook contacts, just like in the RingCentral Phone app. I see an option to add calendars from those services, but not contacts.I have all my Google contacts in the Phone app, but when I look at texts in the RingCentral app, all I see is the phone number. This results in me using two separate apps, receiving two streams of notifications, and having to clear out two sets of unread message/call flags in order to easily make calls, send texts, and communicate with my team.

  4. Additional features For Zendesk Integration

    Customer is asking for a similar feature in RC for Zendesk, that's currently available in RC for Salesforce. Being able to dial via browser and not having the RC App pop up to make the call. See Screen Shot from RC for Salesforce. You have 4 options available from within the calling option of the addon, whereas in Zendesk you only have 3. If customer is mainly in Zendesk app, they still need to toggle between RC App and Zendesk for it to work, this can get a little confusing for them if they are using a single screen. Its…

  5. Attribute Mapping | Active Directory

    The current user mappings only assign a phone number based on the country code, area code, state, city, and postal code., not by site or any other attribute. When they add the unassigned user extensions to the account, they must assign a device and phone number in the region they are provisioning for, and they must assign the unassigned user extension to the site they will be using for that license.

    It would be great if we had the option to provision users and assign them by 'Site.'

  8. Integration with Calendly

    Calendly is very helpful for scheduling meetings/calls. It already has integrations for Zoom, Teams, Google Meet and GoToMeeting. It would be great if RingCentral similarly integrated and eliminated the step of having to create a link.

  10. Connection and synchronization of a company telephone book

    Preferable LDAP connection to external LDAP's as well as the system to provide a internal speed dial list which a connection can be established from external devices via the generic SIP user interface e.g. legacy desk phones etc

  14. Add Acuity Integration with RingCentral Meetings

    We would like to integrate Acuity scheduling with RingCentral meetings. We have the following request from one of our staff below""In Acuity (acuityscheduling.com), there is a section on the left nav for Integrations. It is currently integrated with Zoom, so when I go to tie calendars to Zoom to autogenerate meeting links, there are very limited staff options as we now have Zoom through RingCentral. Is it possible to redo the integration with the RingCentral info instead?It is possible that this feature will be included in a future release"We would like to request this feature.Thank you.Bill

  15. VM Notifications to email (Outlook)

  18. Automated outbound calls

    The automated system for outbound calls would allow the user to add numbers that they want to call in bulk and Ringcentral would automatically call all the numbers in the list one after the other without the user having to dial the number every time.The system would be useful for Recruiters, Sales agents and any other business that makes use of cold calling.I know other apps offer this service and it would be really great to have it on RC as well.

  19. Integrate with Outlook so you can click the phone icon in profile/contact cards to dial the number.

    Is there a way to configure ring central desktop app to call the phone number from an outlook profile card? There's a phone icon when you hover or click on a contact in outlook but you can't click the button. Microsoft Teams works like this. It would be faster if you could just click the phone icon instead of going to RC desktop app or outlook add in and type the name / number, when you could just make two mouse clicks and dial the number right away.

  20. Service Web and Messaging need to "play better together"

Jeremy Loffredo is aware as well. Joliet Junior College is the customer who is raising this issue and wants these tools to work better together as it causes confusion and delays in getting users added.
