  7. Automator is available for all users regardless of their role which is normally fine. However, there are instances that it would be favorable to allow admins to disable Automator since it it's configured incorrectly it can effectively cause more problems than help.

    There is no specific permission under Roles & Permissions that we can modify in order to achieve this and it will be helpful if we will be given the option.

  11. We have been trying to process payment through the IVR, but we haven't find a tool to do it in RingCentral.
    This would be great to collect payment, automatically or guided by an agent.
    There are some platforms that do it but they are expensive, and it wouldn't be a good idea to use 2 phone systems.
    One of the most popular payment processor is CardConnect, and is currently the platform we are using for to charge our clients. (If you want a good price hit me up lol)

  15. We are looking for a screen pop that happens after the call has ended in order for the end-users to finish entering data for the contact. We are using Dynamics 365.

    Hopefully, this option will be available in all integrated applications.

  16. Other phone systems have a feature that allows voicemail messages to be delivered to email (specifically Exchange email) where when the voicemail message is marked as "read" in email, it is automatically marked as "read" in RingCentral. Same is true of deleting messages.

    If RC can figure out a way to do this, it would improve the end-user experience of those with physical phones who might only interact with the phone system through their physical phone and their email. Marking voicemail as read in email will turn off the voicemail notification light.

    I am posting this on behalf of a client who is using Clio Grow as their CRM.

    Our Unified CRM (RingCentral Lab) integration only works with the standard Clio platform, and not Clio Grow.

    It would be great if we could include this in our plans to expand the Unified CRM feature to include Clio Grow as a click-to-dial/call logging solution.

  19. Need to enable the Bulk Edit User feature for the Directory integrations.
    According to Engineers, once you have enabled the Active Directory the Bulk Edit feature can't be used because the user records are locked by the integration.

    I have multiple accounts with ring central. It is difficult to keep on track with different accounts since we are can only log into one account at a time. I believe I am not the only person with multiple accounts, Is there a way to be able to switch from one acct to another under 1 umbrella log-in without logging out of one? I am now required to get another phone in order to keep track of my phone call. If I want to start another business, will I have to get another phone, this will lead me to…
