  3. ‘Works with Slack’ as installed app

    Slack is one of the most used messaging apps and many people like to use it for real-time conversation. RC should offer Slack workspaces as add-ins to enhance team messaging your current configuration (link below) does not allow for this. Ideally, I should be able to go to the app tab in RC and open Slack. You have integrations with Google in your ‘Works with Google’ section you should have ‘Works with Slack’ as installed app. There’s incredible need to to contain where conversations are happening and centralizing the activity it’s a huge miss not to offer this.https://www.ringcentral.com/apps/slack

  4. Need option for the agent to send incoming calls to voicemail from the google integration Windows system notification

    When the RC for google app is minimized , the agent can only see a Windows notification whn a call comes in. It would be useful if this Windows notification offered the option to send the call to voicemail. Currently the agent has to open the app first so the can see the app screen.

  8. Jabra evolve2 75 headset integration

    Hello, we purchased 3 new Jabra evolve2 75 headset for some of our team members and I want to know if you have a better integration than the generic offered, although my sound is at maximum the sound via the RC app is low, incoming and outgoing, the answer button directly on the headset is not working also.

  9. Archiver (SFTP) to support auto-generated SSH key passwords.

    Please add Azure SFTP with SSH as a solution to your archiver, Azure is the second largest cloud hosting provider, and yet no solution from RC. We want data secure within our environment and encrypted while in flight and at rest, the reason we want Azure with SSH.

    MS Teams offers a ServiceNow Virtual Agent (bot( integration with their messaging platform.   14. Integration with JobAdder

    JobAdder is a growing presence in the US and a strong leader in the UK, Canada, and Australia. It's got some hooks for other SMS and WhatsApp products, like Twilio but RingCentral is (in my mind) a superior platform that should be integrated into JobAdder. JobAdder says it's on their list but needs more cooperation. Can you get back together with them and push this through. I'm loving RingCentral. Just need MORE.

  16. Pipedrive-Text from Mac app

    When clicking on the RC SMS button in Pipedrive, allow for texting from the Mac app instead of the chrome widget. Currently, this is possible for a phone call, but not for SMS

  18. Why is that automatic call recording records on hold marketing when calling and not called?

    I find it odd that RingCentral allows the automatic call recording to record on hold marketing music when we are the ones who intiated the call but not when we are called. What could be the reason for this other than "system limitation"?

  19. Notification bot to pull notification from Crowdstrike Falcon

    It is useful as it will be a faster way to get notified if an alert of the particular criteria gets triggered. One won't have to check emails or have to keep the portal open all the time to get notification.

    QQCatalyst is a 3rd party program, an Agency Management System that provides operational, marketing, and sales pipeline management tools. Purposely wanting to integrate in order to have the ability to get the profile of caller on a pop up.
