Have Ring Central status appear on utility bar in SF
Similar to Salesforce Omni-channel, is it possible to include the status directly on the utility bar so users can see at a quick glance what their call center status is?

Ability to Subscribe to an Article
This would allow someone to subscribe to an article and when there are any changes they could be alerted. This was first realized with the Troubleshooting TCR application rejections article. As more rejections are added, it would be helpful to receive an alert that there is new information or rejection codes have been added.

Adding customize field after call using google extensions integrated with Zoho CRM
Customer wanted to have another mandatory field in the dialog box with fields that needs to be answered whenever they end the call using Ring Central extensions then it will send the information to their Zoho CRM. Customer mention that it is like a customized field that they can edit anytime.

Queue calls being tagged as answered by multiple users in SFDC(SFDC integrations with RC)
Queue calls being done through RC integrations with SFDC shows as if it is being answered by multiple users even though it is only being answered by one user extension. Upon checking the account , base on data being shown on admin portal's call logs. It register as the call that went through the call queue and is being answered by one extension which is working as intended, but when we check the tagging on SFDS is shows as if its being answered by multiple users within the call queue. call can be forwarded to same mobile number multi times
Tmob number set up up voicemail to take effect after 5 rings. i would like to have a feature where i canforward calls from my extension to my mobile and would ring for 4 times and if no answer i would like that call to be forwarded on the same mobile number and ring for multi times. unfortunately that settings is not possible since TMob voicemail already kicking in

Answering Service
We are a small business and if we aren't available our calls are routed to an answering service. If a call is missed, the answering service blames ring central and vice versa. It would be nice if there was an integration.

Integrate multiple domains on one account with multi-site setup
Right now, we only have the option to use one domain per account.
With a multiple site set up, it will be great if we can integrate each site to a different Microsoft Teams domain.
For example, one site is name@emortgagecaptial.comname@emortgagecaptial.com and the other is name@saxumventures.comname@saxumventures.com. They are two different Microsoft accounts.1 vote -
