  2. Currently, we only have a ringing tone for incoming calls on RC for Salesforce.

    It would be great if we had a notification/tone or flash app option whenever a user receives a text message, voicemail, or fax using RC for Salesforce.

  3. Would it be possible for RingCentral (HubSpot) to automate call dispositions, meeting types, and call outcomes? JustCall seems to offer this functionality, and implementing something similar could enhance efficiency and save time for users.

  6. Requesting to add the option for Call Transcription for this particular RingEX integration:
    https://www.ringcentral.com/apps/salesforce

    The other option is to currently use the RingSense integration, but it is preferred to have the call transcription added to the package we currently have installed instead of opting for RingSense.

The RingCentral CRM Extension is a great start and getting it to work with NetSuite is awesome, however, it would be even better if the Transcribe and Summarize using AI was built into the plug-in itself and when it took a summary of the call using AI it posted that back to NetSuite or the CRM of your choosing. Right now, it takes both the plug-in and the either the RC Teams or the RC app itself open so when a call comes in both ring at the same time. You then have to manually copy and paste the summary…

As a company we rely on our Microsoft Teams status (NOT RC) to let staff know our availability and more importantly to route external calls to relevant call queues\voicemails, etc. when unavailable or on a call. We use RC Teams embedded dialer app to make\receive external calls. DND is the only Teams status that sync's across to RC and drops that status into DND which will achieve the desired result of forwarding calls on for answer via call queues etc. I would like to see the following Teams statuses achieve the same thing.   16. It would be great if we have the option to select the 'property' filed as the contact owner | RC Labs HubSpot SMS

    Currently, the workflow always sends the SMS from the contact owner’s phone number. Therefore please ensure the contact owner has a valid RC account (the same email address to sign in both HubSpot and RingCentral), and is able to sign in to RingCentral for HubSpot so that Send text messages (SMS) action will work properly.

  17. We currently use Wellsky Personal Care Formerly Clear Care for our client and Care Professional profiles, scheduling and additional needs. In the event of a call off we are attempting to reach out to several care pros at the same time, due to this with the current platform we are having issues with receiving the response back to the original sender. Integrating RingCentral into WellSky would provide a valuable and time saving method to reach our care pros and client needs at the same time.

  19. HHA Exchange is the biggest Web-based system to manage homecare in more than 15 states of USA . There are more than a million patients' and over 2.5 million caregivers' are being processed through HHA Exchange. The agencies that uses HHA exchange, has a very high call volume to maintain the process. Integrating Ring Central with HHA Exchange will make the job easier for the users to maintain the workflow very well. Please look into it.
