We have a group within Ring Central, when internal calls from Microsoft Teams other people and services come through they are showing the extension number, rather than showing the Microsoft Teams information of users or service.We do not use extension numbers, as we use Microsoft Teams as our interface for calling which provides all the information in Active Directory, (name, site, full number). When this is displayed it does not mean anything to the person answering the call, so when answering the phone we have no idea who is calling to start with which is hindering our customer services through…

Currently, to page the office, you hit the page option, wait for the prompt asking for a page group, hit the keys for the page group, wait for it to dial then initiate the page.There should be a short key command for the page option. Hit the page button and all users in the page group would be activated.It would also be helpful to have the option as a soft key regardless of idle or on the phone.

  7. Give the customer the ability to change the way an inbound number appears. For instance we currently had a customer integrate their fax server and previously the inbound number was formatted like this: 239/123-4567. Now when they get a fax, the inbound number shows up like this: +12391234567 and this is causing then to have to reprogram their fax server.

  9. Currently when configuring Ringcentral archiver with SFTP all connections are held open 24/7. This will slow down most FTP servers with more than 10-15 users on the archiver. SFTP connections should only open when the archiver has data that it needs to archive. We need a scheduling feature so that clients with large user counts can actually use the archiver.

Currently the RingCentral CarPlay support is not great if you compare it to iMessage.It would be fantastic if the RingCentral app itself was made available in Apple CarPlay so that you could scroll through and see your contacts, see your texts, and click on a contact and call them, all from the CarPlay dashboard.Currently, only voice commands are supported, which isn't always very helpful.   15. Currently, we do have two options for placing a call using RingCentral for HubSpot
    1. Click to dial
    2. From the CTI dialer

    It would be great if we have an option to have the Call button from Hubspot working after installing the RC for HubSpot dialer

  17. I wondering how I can get access through Zapier and/or Integrately to all of the organizations Missed Calls, Voicemails, etc, not just the ones specific to the user. I am trying to access the records from " Main number voicemail box 2 Message-Only Extension" To intgrate follow ups in our CRM afterhours but it doesn't seem like these are published to the admin account that I am connecting
