I am a GHL user as well and was LIED TO by sales at Ring Central who told me RC 100% integrates with GHL only to find out it does not. If This integration does not come, I will cancel service, request a refund (as i have the emails and texts from RC stating that it is integrated, and will file a formal complaint for misrepresentation.

I was lied to by the salesman who sold me the Ring Central service. He said that Ring Central would ABSOLUTELY integrate with GHL Autopilot. After several months of back and forth with tech support, I was directed to call GHL and have THEM initiate the ticket to work on integration with Ring Central developers. I cannot find a work around the integration and I am to the point where i will terminate my contract with Ring Central for blatantly lying to me just to get a sale. I LOVE Ring Central and the app, however, I have no further use with Ring Central if an integration is NOT made between GHL and Ring Central. Can you PLEASE MAKE THIS INTEGRATION HAPPEN??

I love my RC features and the pricing is spot on for my business. However it would be great to be able to use with my Go High Level CRM to keep track of calls and SMS messages, etc.

Need this GoHighLevel integration ASAP!! Please make this a priority!

GoHighLevel CRM is a very powerful platform that help businesses automate their marketing and sales processes. GHL is used by marketing agencies that offer this product as one of the best CRM options out there. Ring Central will have great exposure to clients that need a CRM with reliable phone and text messaging systems. For now the only other phone company that integrates with GHL is Twilio, and they don't even have a mobile app to make and receive calls on the go. Btw, I really like the Ring Central app! In my opinion this integration is a NO–BRAINER for Ring Central. Please consider taking a look at this.

I use a CRM called go high level and I need the ability to Tech stack that app into my system with RingCentral. For servicing clients I need my CRM to be able to monitor missed phone calls in my CRM. The CRM stores emails text messages creates Auto responses for everything and links to other apps and RingCentral is only my phone system. I've reached out on several occasions to try and have somebody help me get this integration developed and nobody seems to be able to help or follow up with me or my IT guy that's building all of this for me. There are quite a few businesses out there in the industry I'm in that utilize go high level all across the country and they also utilize RingCentral so this is going to be a big deal to get this integrated so we can resell RingCentral Service as well
