  2. We have been trying to process payment through the IVR, but we haven't find a tool to do it in RingCentral.
    This would be great to collect payment, automatically or guided by an agent.
    There are some platforms that do it but they are expensive, and it wouldn't be a good idea to use 2 phone systems.
    One of the most popular payment processor is CardConnect, and is currently the platform we are using for to charge our clients. (If you want a good price hit me up lol)

  3. I have multiple accounts with RingCentral as I'm running different companies. It is difficult to keep on top of client calls with each account as I cannot be logged into both accounts at once. Is there a way to be able to toggle from one account to another under 1 login? I have been a longtime RingCentral client and this is something I suggested years back. Can you please implement this feature within the desktop and mobile apps?

    I have multiple accounts with ring central. It is difficult to keep on track with different accounts since we are can only log into one account at a time. I believe I am not the only person with multiple accounts, Is there a way to be able to switch from one acct to another under 1 umbrella log-in without logging out of one? I am now required to get another phone in order to keep track of my phone call. If I want to start another business, will I have to get another phone, this will lead me to…

  5. The request is that, when a call is initiated from the mobile app, it auto creates a task with the call details and memorializes this in Salesforce. This would be above and beyond the "offline logging feature" currently offered.

  11. A way to force the call type and call outcome upon logging a call and default these to mandatory. Corporately we are trying to capture reporting on this but because it is not forced people are skipping this step.

  13. I assumed the Archiver would permit me to save the past 90 days of data residing in RingCentral. This does not appear to be the case, though. The Archiver only allows me to save data going forward. So I must watch helplessly as my last 90 days of SMS messages disappear. I can save a lifetime of SMS/MMMS in my cell phone for no additional cost. I have to pay RingCentral extra to save the same type of data in THIRD PARTY CLOUD STORAGE.When I originally signed up for RingCentral, I had no idea of the minimal data retention limitations.…

Hello guys, I would like to see a Tip Bot inside of the MVP, Rainbow Office and similar Ring Central solutions, that allows the users to send and receive cryptocurrency tips and incentives through the app. So they can develop their own community tokens and have the option of using them integrated inside of the app and even use some other existing ones.
