  3. Enable voicemail messages from RingCentral to be routed automatically to a HubSpot account via email, so they can be logged and associated with the relevant contact or deal.

    Use Case:
    Many teams use HubSpot as their primary CRM and communication log. While RingCentral currently offers call logging through its native integration, voicemail messages often remain siloed in RingCentral, leading to missed follow-ups and fragmented records.

    We would like to get this done without relying in Zapier since you can only connect accounts in Zap as a user-level.

  5. Using the Ring/HubSpot extension for all calls using the browser, and only having the desktop program open to view the HUD. Setting the Ring/HubSpot extension for all calls to go through the RingCentral app rather than the browser resolves all of the above issues, but then he will have two apps side by side that he needs to jump between to do different functions and it introduces a couple extra button presses.

  8. For web telephony integrations including Hubspot, users do not have a way to view the multimedia attachment sent via MMS and as a workaround will have to open the message view the RingCentral app.

    It would be great if MMS support has been added soon for users to stick to one app (Hubspot) at a time especially for companies that rely on the MMS feature to send media.

  10. We would like to request a feature enhancement that allows users in HubSpot to view and respond to SMS messages sent to the company’s main number.

    Currently, SMS messaging within HubSpot is a 1:1 interaction tied to individual users. This request proposes the ability to create a shared SMS inbox in HubSpot, where multiple users can:

    Access and view all incoming messages sent to the company main number

    See the SMS logs associated with relevant contacts or leads

    Send and reply to SMS messages directly within the same thread

  15. Enable support for linking multiple RingEX UIDs to a single HubSpot CRM instance using the native integration.

    This would allow organizations operating multiple RingCentral tenants to log calls and SMS into one centralized HubSpot environment. Current limitations result in missing logs, contact errors, and data loss during number migrations. Native multi-UID support would solve this for enterprise customers with distributed account structures.

  17. We have people saving calls on the RC for hubspot app, the call appears in Hubspot and then appears to vanish for Deals, with us being unable to access it. This is happening across the business for multiple accounts.

  18. We have downloaded the Hubspot plug-in for the desktop phone app. However, we are not seeing where to activate the AI Notes or transcription option for the plug-in. Hubspot allows for transcription, so we are looking for a better understanding of how the plug-in works in relation to transcription
