  5. Hubspot workflow doesn't include Calls, only SMS. New contacts are automatically being created in HubSpot when someone calls or texts that is not an existing contact in HubSpot. We want this feature turned OFF. Is it possible to send attachments with an SMS in the RingCentral for HubSpot extension?

  6. We have downloaded the Hubspot plug-in for the desktop phone app. However, we are not seeing where to activate the AI Notes or transcription option for the plug-in. Hubspot allows for transcription, so we are looking for a better understanding of how the plug-in works in relation to transcription

  8. Currently, HubSpot does not support direct 3-way calling. To use this feature, HubSpot requires you to select the calling mode that directs the call to the RingCentral app, which has the 3-way calling functionality.

  10. Currently, we don't have an option to assign an activity to a user in HubSpot reports.

    After creating a report to view the total number of SMS/Calls using RingCentral for HubSpot in HubSpot, it will show under the Unassigned section.

  14. For web telephony integrations including Hubspot, users do not have a way to view the multimedia attachment sent via MMS and as a workaround will have to open the message view the RingCentral app.

    It would be great if MMS support has been added soon for users to stick to one app (Hubspot) at a time especially for companies that rely on the MMS feature to send media.

    Hubspot.

    Add ability to see the close rate. Leave comments on leads
    or mark them as a booked service so we can assign a value to each lead?

  19. Currently, when signing in to the RC for Hubspot extension. They can choose up to 4 accounts they can select.

    This is limiting the users from adding any more accounts to use with the integration and is forced to remove a "Hub" even if they would need to have all those accounts connected at the same time.

    This is likely a Hubspot limitation, but a workaround/bypass mechanism would be greatly appreciated for users who have to use multiple accounts in Hubspot for calling/SMS.

    dial function from within the individual contact record, however it is
    working from our contacts list. We will just click to dial from the list.
