  1. For web telephony integrations including Hubspot, users do not have a way to view the multimedia attachment sent via MMS and as a workaround will have to open the message view the RingCentral app.

    It would be great if MMS support has been added soon for users to stick to one app (Hubspot) at a time especially for companies that rely on the MMS feature to send media.

    Hubspot.

    Add ability to see the close rate. Leave comments on leads

  5. Currently, when signing in to the RC for Hubspot extension. They can choose up to 4 accounts they can select.

    This is limiting the users from adding any more accounts to use with the integration and is forced to remove a "Hub" even if they would need to have all those accounts connected at the same time.

    This is likely a Hubspot limitation, but a workaround/bypass mechanism would be greatly appreciated for users who have to use multiple accounts in Hubspot for calling/SMS.

  9. When a call is received it display the name of the caller and changes right away to the number.

    Expectation if there is already a contact who has that phone number associated with it should display the name of the contact and not the phone number

  11. Need to sync all detailed information of RC Analytics in Hubspot Call Logs. For RC Analytics, we want to see the selected filter in RC Analytics to the Hubspot Analytics reports

  12. In the RingCentral for Hubspot plugin, users are required to have their HS email match their RC email for them to authenticate.

    For some use cases where it is not ideal for users to have their own logins in Hubspot, they won't be able to utilize the plugin to log their calls and for the C2D feature.

    There should be at least a workaround for situations similar to this.

As a trade supplier, all of our customers are businesses, and each of our customers can have as many as 20 contacts all phoning out from one main company number, but the RingCentral for HubSpot app only shows the first and last name for the first match - so inevitably, often we're not speaking to the person whose name is on the first match.

    For us, it's way more important to show the company name than that first and last name of one of the people working there - at least it's virtually guaranteed that the company name is right,…

  14. Currently, we do have two options for placing a call using RingCentral for HubSpot
    1. Click to dial
    2. From the CTI dialer

    It would be great if we have an option to have the Call button from Hubspot working after installing the RC for HubSpot dialer

    This is now available through the native Hubspot integration. When calls are logged, we provide a link to the call, but we also register the playback URL so that the recording can be played back natively in Hubspot

  16. When no contact is matched, it would be nice to have the ability to auto pop a new contact page so that the end-user can easily begin creating a new contact. With this, the captured inbound phone number should be automatically fed into the "Phone Number" field within HubSpot.

    Lastly, in an ideal world, the call would then be automatically matched to the newly created contacted without having to select it in the drop down manually.

  19. Hello, we are using RingCentral through our Hubspot CRM. Calls made using RingCentral are not being registered in Hubspot. As we track call volumes, we need to make sure all RC activity is logged in our Hubspot app.
