    After creating a report to view the total number of SMS/Calls using RingCentral for HubSpot in HubSpot, it will show under the Unassigned section.

  18. I would like to add fields to the softphone in RingCentral. We have RingCentral connected to our CRM (HubSpot). We need to add options to the softphone for when a customer calls in - for example if a business calls in we need to make it as a business customer and have that flow through to HubSpot.
