  1. It is rather a pain having to change the voice mail message when out of the office and then have to change it back to the daily message when returning to the office. It would be great to have the option to have 2 message recordings, one for daily message and one for when out of office and just simply and quickly change the message back to the daily recording. The default recording in the app is not usable as it does not meet the requirements that our management wants in our messages. Would be great if we could change…

  3. You should be able to create a task in a ringcentral team and have it appear in the google calendar. For example, if there is a team called "daily tasks" it would create a "daily tasks" google calendar and any tasks assigned through ringcentral in that team would also appear in google. Or if there is already a calendar created in google, be able to connect it to a new or existing ringcentral team.

  4. We are using the RC integration into teams. If someone calls and we press reply and choose "I will call you back in 10 minutes", it says that phrase to the customer.
    The customer then has 5 options, for example, press 2 to leave a voicemail, 3 to respond Yes, 4 to respond No, or 5 to respond "Call me Urgently".

  8. Need APIs to expose Total, In Use and Available license counts as viewed in Service Web Portal under Billing > Licenses & Inventory. Also, the Live Reports license counts need to reflect the true counts from the license status report that can be downloaded from Live Report Analytics.APIs are needed to create an automated extract to feed an executive BI dashboard

  11. When a call to a TFN is transferred, the RC Teams integration display the original callee with the destination number without listing that this has been transferred by an extension. This is creating a confusion to the users. The user will see the To as a different number or extension and they will ignore

Hi there,as I have to call on a regular basis different countries and have also different caller IDs I am wondering if there could be a setting or configuration that automatically assigns one of my caller IDs similar to the number I am calling.This is because when calling to the UK with a German number or vice versa calls not get picked up.This would be very helpful and timesaving.   16. Most, if not all Communications systems have the ability to set a zero destination for physical phones. This is a critical need in the Hospitality, Healthcare, and SLED space. Example: A guest is in their hotel room and would like to speak to the front desk. Invariably, zero is pushed, It is engrained behavior. Hospital Rooms have the same need.In SLED, many common area phones provide the same function. Dial zero for assistance or information.Our inability to perform this basic task is causing our team(s) to have to sell around and/or creatively solve for this need.

This would eliminate the manual process of updating contact databases in multiple platforms, saving time and reducing the risk of human error.
