  1. When a call to a TFN is transferred, the RC Teams integration display the original callee with the destination number without listing that this has been transferred by an extension. This is creating a confusion to the users. The user will see the To as a different number or extension and they will ignore

Hi there,as I have to call on a regular basis different countries and have also different caller IDs I am wondering if there could be a setting or configuration that automatically assigns one of my caller IDs similar to the number I am calling.This is because when calling to the UK with a German number or vice versa calls not get picked up.This would be very helpful and timesaving. Thanks in advance.

  7. Most, if not all Communications systems have the ability to set a zero destination for physical phones. This is a critical need in the Hospitality, Healthcare, and SLED space. Example: A guest is in their hotel room and would like to speak to the front desk. Invariably, zero is pushed, It is engrained behavior. Hospital Rooms have the same need.In SLED, many common area phones provide the same function. Dial zero for assistance or information.Our inability to perform this basic task is causing our team(s) to have to sell around and/or creatively solve for this need.

  11. I know there is the supervisor API which allows you to listen in have the system call you, but there should be a way to simply request the audiostream of the current call session.

  12. Within the MS Teams RC Embedded Dialer app 2.0 can the RC App Chat be added? I use Teams and RCA to talk to both sets of customers and it would be great to work within one app and not both. So I can have all my RCA chats and groups with customers and RC staff as well as my Teams chats.

  13. Is there a way to configure ring central desktop app to call the phone number from an outlook profile card? There's a phone icon when you hover or click on a contact in outlook but you can't click the button. Microsoft Teams works like this. It would be faster if you could just click the phone icon instead of going to RC desktop app or outlook add in and type the name / number, when you could just make two mouse clicks and dial the number right away.

  14. We need to have quick easy access to a custom, FILLABLE, fax cover page. We send out faxes all day and each fax is different. We need to be able to fill in the cover page right on ring central. I spoke with one of your technicians and he said if we wanted a fillable fax cover page than we can add it as a word document. That does not work for us as we do not have word access. We need to be able to click on our own fax cover page and be able to add in the…

  15. This would be very helpful to me and other companies to pinpoint specific team member/department phone conversations. A time-length customization filter would allow targeting of VMs left, introductory prospecting calls, and help to understand what time length is a meaningful conversation for departments and team members.

  16. ...tensions. Currently Admins can only archive call recordings for all their extensions on their SFTP server while SMS, Fax and Voice messages needs to be done per extension and the customer would like to have this ability as well as an Admin.

  17. Currently when configuring Ringcentral archiver with SFTP all connections are held open 24/7. This will slow down most FTP servers with more than 10-15 users on the archiver. SFTP connections should only open when the archiver has data that it needs to archive. We need a scheduling feature so that clients with large user counts can actually use the archiver.

  18. I'm sure several companies must now have Microsoft Teams integration via RingCentral Cloud PBX, but there's no Service Status for if there are any outages or failures going on. This would help us determine if there's a global outage so that we submit tickets accordingly
