    We are requesting the ability to sync our CRM contacts from Bullhorn to the RingCentral desktop and mobile applications. Given our CRM's extensive database of 100,000 contacts, we propose syncing a manageable subset of these contacts, as RingCentral's current capacity is 10,000 contacts.

    Current State:

    RingCentral's existing CRM integration performs a contact sync but does not extend to the RingCentral native applications. This integration operates through a beta CRM integration Chrome extension, which limits its functionality and user experience.

  9. Sync MS Teams and RingCentral app real time. As of now the syncing is showing delayed of about 2-3 seconds.

  10. We use several google lead source phone numbers and once of them is our publicly listed main number. How do we Mirror the google number for our outbound Caller ID instead of ringing through with the Ring Central number

  11. BT Feature Request : to be able to upload more than 1,000 contacts | Yealink Phones_BT Account

    Significance of the feature : Have a lot of clients and currently has at least 2,500 contacts that they need to upload on the device.

    Current behavior : Uploading File that has more than 1000 Contacts will go through with no error, but will only display 1000 contacts.

  12. When provisioning users via AD/SCIM, the City attribute, if not matching with RC's existing query list, it will pull up a random city or the capital of that country which can be confusing.

    To battle that limitation, it will be great to either update the query list, or allow customers to submit a request in order to add additional cities (if not detected by the database) since it will be inconvenient for the admin to adapt and change the cities listed just in order for them to match.

  17. calendar for events still shows a 12 hr format but after creating a task/events it shows 24 hr format as what is set up in user details, it could have been better if creating a task will mirror the regional settings in user details. Even on the calendar it shows 12hr format and much better if it has an option to be change into 24 hr format.

  19. We have a user who would like to use Microsoft Teams for their communication instead of using RingCentral Application. One of the primary issues is the lack of proper notifications when he receives a direct or teams’ message. For instance, he walks away from his desk and he only sees a red circle on the RingCentral application in his start bar, but he is looking for something more in your face. Something that he can’t easily miss. Is there some setting that we can setup on his machine in order to mirror how Teams provides notifications?

  20. It would be nice if there was an ability to add the Teams/messaging component into Outlook. I download the RingCentral for Outlook plugin and it shows voice, fax, and text, but not the Messaging component. Is there an updated plugin that includes this or plans for this integration in the future. Thanks.
