  2. While testing inbound calls into my RingCentral extension, I noticed that I do not get notifications on my cell phone's MS Teams with the RingCentral embedded app. If I log in to the RingCentral mobile app, I do get notified but only on the RingCentral mobile app.

  5. On occasion a user doesn't realize their Salesforce extension is not logged in. This causes calls to not be logged. The extension is minimized so the user doesn't see the Sign-in button. It would be helpful if the minimized extension would have a visual indicator that it is not logged in.

Currently, to page the office, you hit the page option, wait for the prompt asking for a page group, hit the keys for the page group, wait for it to dial then initiate the page.There should be a short key command for the page option. Hit the page button and all users in the page group would be activated.It would also be helpful to have the option as a soft key regardless of idle or on the phone.

RingCentral Cloud PBX MS teams account would like to have the option to disable False Answer Supervision. current behavior: When a call is received in RingCentral Cloud PBX MS teams, the call gets automatically answered as SIP 200 OK (False Answer Supervision) is being sent right awat. expected behavior: While SIP 200 OK (False Answer Supervision) is disabled.If a call is received in RingCentral Cloud PBX MS teams, an MFA will be sent to the user. The call will only connect when the user authenticates using the code.

  8. We have users that make calls from Salesforce that need to be able to speak to secondary callers at the same time. This includes language translation service providers while the original caller is on the line. Please add ASAP. Using the regular RingCentral app is not productive as all the popups and call disposition field from Salesforce will not work.

  9. Every time I click on the RingCentral integration in Teams it defaults to the Phone tab.In Settings, I can see you can change the tab order. I did this and put HUD first, however, it still defaults to loading the Phone tab whenever I click into RingCentral.It would be nice to be able to set the default tab (unless of course there is good reason for Phone loading) as I'm more interested in seeing the presence than the dialer and call history.

  11. The only thing we found was the Teams integration is great but does not stand alone on its own. For us and they way we work, if the RC app has to be installed along with the plug in to work with Teams, it almost is not needed since the RC app has to be there anyways, we feel it would just be more beneficial to just use the RC app on its own.If there is a way for it to stand alone on the Teams RC app on its own, we would be more wanting to use it

  16. The only way for calls to log into Hubspot is if the RingCentral for Hubspot Chrome Extension is installed. This helps with most calls (not all) logging in Hubspot but the biggest frustration is that the extension ringer, both the ringtone sound itself and the volume of the ringtone is very loud and sounds like an old-school landline telephone. The sound is incredibly distracting and painful. There are no settings to turn this off, change the ringtone or adjust the volume. This can effect how sales/customer service teams perform and if we remove the extension then our calls won't log…

  20. Up until a year or so, anything my organizationor user would receive a fax the fax's content would be in the notification email in a pdf file. This was very convenient and did not require us to log in to the app or the portal to read the content. It was flexible.Now, I must log into the app (on my phone) or on the portal (on my computer) to download/view the fax message. Instead of moving towards integration and facility this was a move backward.
