  2. It'd be great to have a way to choose the default license type for users.

    Currently while we've got Directory Sync on, it often fails because we've exhausted our licenses, I've got some users that we want to have in RC to handle analytics, or manage the RC instance, instead of just adding them to the group we've got syncing they need to be manually created in RC.

  4. We are using RingCentral along with Zendesk for our support helpdesk. We would like to know if there is a way to use RingCentral for notifications for all tickets raised in Zendesk afterhours to our on-call staff. Note, this would apply to email and portal raised tickets and not only to calls through RC.
    On-call will have a dedicated extension. Is there a way for us to automate a call to a certain extension when new tickets come into Zendesk? If not but there are any similar notification options possible, please let me know.

  8. We are using Zapier to integrate with our Airtable scheduling hub. The phone numbers that will appear on the Zapiers integrations are only the numbers assigned to your extension. I need all numbers to appear in Zapier, so that multiple staff can send scheduling SMS messages if needed. Your integration specialist ask that I submit this request to make all numbers or numbers assigned to other users in your RingCentral account to appear under my profile in Zapier Integration. This will be a feature request.

  9. When trying the same feature on MS Teams in iOS - you cannot barge. If you try to dial *82 + Extension instead of barging into a call, a regular extension to extension phone call is made to the person whom you were trying to barge.

    It would be great if this feature is available in mobile EA app (iOS and Android)

Users who click the "Open plugin" button are redirected to a website (https://teams.ringcentral.com/assets/tab/rc/_beta/plugin-download.html?locale=en-US#/) where the most predominant button is the "download" button. The website should instead try to detect and launch the plugin, and if it is not detected, then offer to download and install the plugin.Citrix already does this with Citrix Reciever, so there's no reason that RingCentral couldn't adopt this.Alternatively, RingCentral could make the "Launch" button the predominant button and make the "Download" button smaller.The EXE installer should detect the presence of the MSI and not allow installation to continue.   15. We have been trying to process payment through the IVR, but we haven't find a tool to do it in RingCentral.
    This would be great to collect payment, automatically or guided by an agent.
    There are some platforms that do it but they are expensive, and it wouldn't be a good idea to use 2 phone systems.
    One of the most popular payment processor is CardConnect, and is currently the platform we are using for to charge our clients. (If you want a good price hit me up lol)
    I hope you will consider this idea!!

  18. Cx just wants to sync all the presence on all platforms
    But the thing is the option on the RC admin portal is to sync to all users or not sync at all
    He wants to sync for just a specific user.

  19. I have enabled Teams integration. When I enable Teams Presence sync users are going on Do Not Disturb with out their doing. In the Audit it shows my user toggling on and off DND for these users, I am not. If I disable presence sync, this stops. Is there some sort of setting that is causing this.
    Users state they do not have any calendar items that would be setting them to be busy.
