Integrate with Outlook so you can click the phone icon in profile/contact cards to dial the number.
Is there a way to configure ring central desktop app to call the phone number from an outlook profile card? There's a phone icon when you hover or click on a contact in outlook but you can't click the button. Microsoft Teams works like this. It would be faster if you could just click the phone icon instead of going to RC desktop app or outlook add in and type the name / number, when you could just make two mouse clicks and dial the number right away.

Caller ID connection to VoIP

To be able to determine that a contact/client is already handled by someone else or provide information or warning that a particular client is already assisted by someone in SALESFORCE like how it is possible in Zoho.

Add new contact, with option to "switch on" in order to share with all other users.
This is similar to the google/microsoft fix, but this would allow for one personal google account be shared with all users, giving them the ability to import all google contacts imediately, for everyone, but then moving forward additional contacts would also be shared when they get added. Nextiva has this feature of sharing contacts company wide when creating new contacts.

Hubspot integration - Log all calls regardless if RingCentral & Hubspot browser is closed + Missed calls for call queues
The new RingCentral for Hubspot Chrome Extension does help in logging some but not all calls. If you are out of office, not logged in (aka after business hours) and/or hubspot is not open at all times... then calls do not log. This creates the issue of all calls received outside business hours or to users who are out of the office... are not logging in our Hubspot CRM. This causes gaps in the visibility of our customer interactions and communications. Also, missed calls into a shared phone number/call queue do not log into Hubspot or if they do it…

Ability For Super Admins to archive SMS, Fax and Voice messages through to their SFTP server like their call recordings for all their ex...
...tensions. Currently Admins can only archive call recordings for all their extensions on their SFTP server while SMS, Fax and Voice messages needs to be done per extension and the customer would like to have this ability as well as an Admin.
