  5. Please add the ability to add a buffer time before the automation is triggered.

    For e.g.

    Missed Call automation, before triggering an SMS to be sent out. It is ideal that they could add a 5 minute delay before the text message is sent out.

  19. Is it possible to do a 3-way call in the CRM extension? I just tried to do this with a client and the attorney. I could hear both of them, but they could not hear each other and I couldn’t see any way to merge the calls. I tried to start over and add the attorney to the call with the client. It looked like that was working, but it never rang for the attorney.

  20. Clicking the Dial button / Phone icon in the Home page of Dynamics 365 only pull up the RC App for outbound calls and not using the RC for Teams Desktop Plugin. The RC for Teams DP only works when clicking the phone number to make outbound calls in the Contacts page of Dynamics 365.
