  4. Currently, the feature supported with this integration only includes:

    • /ringcentral meet - Starts a new RingCentral Video Meeting and posts the join link.
    • /ringcentral call - Start a new RingCentral Conference and post the dial-in number.
    • /ringcentral help - Brings up the different /ringcentral slash commands.

    Hopefully, we can include service status notifications from RingCentral to Slack

  5. At the moment we have a Ring Central integration with Dynamics 365 conencted to our Sales portal because it was only compatible with Channel Integration Framework 1.0. We need to get this integration changed to a Dynamics CIF 2.0 framework and wanted to see what we can do to get the built in integration to work Dynamics 365. This was set up with the following instructions https://assets.ringcentral.com/us/guide/admin-guide/dynamics_beta_admin.pdf. The step to add channel provider is using Channel Integration Framework 1.0, which is not compatible with Customer Service Workspace / multi session apps. I would like to confirm if the integration…

  7. Will the integration work with the Firefox browser addon if I have the RingCentral Firefox addon installed? I do not use Chrome as my default browser.  If I but install the Clio RingCentral addon through Chrome could I use the integration if I sign on to Clio using Firefox?

  10. Can the RingCentral Scheduler be made visible outside of just meetings in Microsoft Outlook? I would like the button for RingCentral Scheduler on the main ribbon, so I can one click to schedule a meeting with RingCentral. I have tried work arounds with macros to make this happen, but I get a message that states, "RingCentral Scheduler is context-sensitive and works within meetings only."

  11. Lever is primarily a HR/Recruiting tool that helps us configure, manage, and schedule our new hire candidate interviews. Zoom and MSTeams currently allow Lever to integrate with their respective accounts. The integration allows you to connect your external Zoom/MSTeams meeting links directly within Lever's platform. Current state with RingCentral is that our end users would have to create the candidate interviews in RingCentral first, and then copy/paste their meeting links into each new hire interview session within Lever. Functional, but not ideal during our heavy onboarding periods with "bulk" meeting creation.

  12. I am building a zap with the Zapier integration and I am noticing that the name field coming over in the zap is not populated. I do have my Google Contacts synced with the RC app but apparently this is not being passed to Zapier. Is there some way to make this work so I can bring in the name of a contact for use in a zap integration? I would use the G-suite integration for Directory Integration but since I only have a gmail account and not a full G-suite account that doesn't appear to work (or at least…

  14. If you are out of the office, using mobile app or not logged in (aka after business hours), and Pipedrive browser is not open at all times, then calls do not log. This creates the issue of all calls received outside business hours or to users who are out of the office... are not logging in to Pipedrive CRM.

  19. Please add the ability to add a buffer time before the automation is triggered.

    For e.g.

    Missed Call automation, before triggering an SMS to be sent out. It is ideal that they could add a 5 minute delay before the text message is sent out.
