Multi-UID Support for RingEX ↔ HubSpot Integration
Enable support for linking multiple RingEX UIDs to a single HubSpot CRM instance using the native integration.
This would allow organizations operating multiple RingCentral tenants to log calls and SMS into one centralized HubSpot environment. Current limitations result in missing logs, contact errors, and data loss during number migrations. Native multi-UID support would solve this for enterprise customers with distributed account structures.

We have people saving calls on the RC for hubspot app, the call appears in Hubspot and then appears to vanish for Deals, with us being unable to access it. This is happening across the business for multiple accounts.

We have downloaded the Hubspot plug-in for the desktop phone app. However, we are not seeing where to activate the AI Notes or transcription option for the plug-in. Hubspot allows for transcription, so we are looking for a better understanding of how the plug-in works in relation to transcription

Currently, we do have two options for placing a call using RingCentral for HubSpot
1. Click to dial
2. From the CTI dialerIt would be great if we have an option to have the Call button from Hubspot working after installing the RC for HubSpot dialer

Hubspot countdown timer
Remove the countdown timer every after call on Ringcentral for Hubspot. Save the call imeediately right after it ended
1 voteThe new native Hubspot integration does exactly this! It may require some specific configuration to log immediately, and there could be some specific circumstances in which calls can't be logged immediately (e.g. when you are waiting for a recording to be made available), but this should now be possible.

Hubspot authentication
In the RingCentral for Hubspot plugin, users are required to have their HS email match their RC email for them to authenticate.
For some use cases where it is not ideal for users to have their own logins in Hubspot, they won't be able to utilize the plugin to log their calls and for the C2D feature.
There should be at least a workaround for situations similar to this.

Add the the source tag to be applied to all calls in Ringcentral &
Hubspot.Add ability to see the close rate. Leave comments on leads

Ability to assign an activity to a user in HubSpot reports
Currently, we don't have an option to assign an activity to a user in HubSpot reports.
After creating a report to view the total number of SMS/Calls using RingCentral for HubSpot in HubSpot, it will show under the Unassigned section.

Need to put the existing contact name at top of the list in Contacts page of Hubspot if we receive new SMS from that sender not just for the unknown numbers

"Disconnected" calls in HubSpot
Use a better transient status instead of "Disconnected" when a call is ended.
