Integrate multiple domains on one account with multi-site setup
Right now, we only have the option to use one domain per account.
With a multiple site set up, it will be great if we can integrate each site to a different Microsoft Teams domain.
For example, one site is name@emortgagecaptial.comname@emortgagecaptial.com and the other is name@saxumventures.comname@saxumventures.com. They are two different Microsoft accounts.2 votes -

MSI support for the new Embedded Dialer Plug-in
Some customers use Teams as their primary collaboration and calling application, with 1,000's of users using MS Teams. Adding MSI support for the new RingCentral Embedded Dialer Plug-In for MS Teams would be a way to be able to strategically deploy it.

Order the unread conversations in top of the contact list
Even if I have the unread switch deactivated, I will prefer to be able to choose if the new unread messages can go on top of the rest of the messages (ignoring the teams, messages etc). Just put on top all the chats where I have new messages.This is because all the unread messages are spread all over the list I have in left side of the UO window and it is possible to skip some messages, especially if the list with the favorites is pretty long...

Search contacts field in Zendesk
Searching on the contacts field is still not supported in Zendesk. Looking to have this implemented as it is available on other similar CRM integrations.

RingCentral for Hubspot | Click-to-SMS should display the SMS history/thread above the field where they can compose the message for them...

New option for Direct Dial data. add option as "Mobile Data or Carrier Minutes"
Purolator wants to arm their drivers with Zebra devices with the RC App. they need the calls to go over the cellular data network and use the carrier minutes ONLY when cell data is not available. The plan they have with their current provider offers unlimited data but carrier calls are very expensive and is only to be used when absolutely necessary.

Automate forwarding of faxes received at RingCentral as *.tif files to a folder on my local server without having to manually do this
I have a local Windows based server that automatically sorts all faxes located in a certain directory to correct patient folders. We receive hundreds of faxes per day throughout the day and it is tedious and time consuming to dedicate staff to manually download these fax files throughout the day. It would be advantageous if RingCentral could automatically forward these files directly into a folder on my server as they are received without requiring user intervention. For example my Domain is called LTD. As faxes are received at RingCentral they are forwarded into //LTD/Received Faxes/FileName.tif.

Add Smartsheet as integration option
Smartsheet is the project management software I use and it links with Gmail easily, so linking it with RingCentral also would be great. If I could easily attach voicemails to a Smartsheet row, that would be awesome! -Using a button, I realize I can do this already on my own.

Names in RingCentral Bot Chat for MS Teams
With the Teams embedded app, there is a chat that gets created with the RingCentral Bot. It provides notifications of text messages, missed calls, etc. Those bot messages provide phone numbers and extension numbers but does not convert these into names. It would be helpful to be send the names for users in their RingCentral tenant instead of (or in addition to) extension numbers. Further, any numbers not in their RingCentral directory could be compared with the MSFT contacts.

Integration into TPS
In the UK we have TPS (Telephone Preference Service - https://www.tpsonline.org.uk). This is similar to the US DNC registry. Allowing an integration into TPS would put us on par with other vendors who offer this service as standard (Voicehost being one of them).This is a request we are seeing more and more of in the UK

RingCentral Automator on Call Queue
RingCentral Automator is working perfectly fine if a call comes in to user extension directly. Feature isn't working if call gets routed to a call queue with the even if it routes to the same user.
