  1. When queue receives a call and one person answers, all members of the queue are given a "missed call" notification instead of an "answered elsewhere" notification as per the 23.3 update. Customer would like to be able to see and "answered elsewhere" notification so they don't call customers multiple times.

  2. Update the locked user access email being sent to the Super Admin email.

    The super admin email is notified when an extension gets locked out for an incorrect password. The email received contains a way for the user to reset their extension, however, it doesn't fit for the admin to reset it. The content should inform the admin that there is an attempt to log in to the account multiple times resulting in being locked out.

    Admin should be informed to contact the agent if it's valid and help them reset the password if they initiate it. Otherwise, it is…

  3. Important to know when faxes fail to send. I don't need to know about all of the successfully sent faxes, just the ones that don't reach their destinations.

  4. Will be utilizing the Rooms & Devices analytics report to track the number of hard phones that are offline. Need the ability to get proactive alerts for devices that are offline. There is the ability to select "devices" as an alert trigger but there is only the ability to select "Offline" as a condition. Need the ability to have more granular control of the condition like other alerts triggers. Conditions such as greater than or less than a threshold. Also wanted to define the monitoring timeframe.

  5. I need to be able to set up an alert that will notify me if there are no agents logged in during business hours.

    Currently there is no ability to set up an alert when no agents are logged in.

  7. We have had Room Meetings left active when the host person did not click LEAVE or else end that meeting. So, it is left running for hours.

    I need an Alert made to trigger if any Meeting goes beyond, say two hours, and send an alert to check it. Or else make the Alert selective for abnormal timing periods.
